Wilson Demands Apology
- After the Sun-Times posted a report about the speech on its website, Wilson’s campaign issued a statement saying it “categorically denies the statements that were attributed to him” and demanded a retraction and apology.
“I’m not sure where this is coming from,” Wilson said in the statement. “I am proud to count people of all races as friends and supporters and would never refer to anyone as ‘Whitey.’ Maybe the reporter didn’t understand my Louisiana enunciation.”
The Sun-Times stands by its report and posted the audio snippet and the full video from the City Club of Chicago’s website. But Wilson’s campaign still insisted Wilson was not saying “whiteys.”
Sure sounds like "whiteys" to us, and Wilson doesn't offer any other word that could have been misspoken or misheard.

Where was that census taken, on your block? Census was in 2010, not 2009. Blacks are about 13% of total US population but account for much higher percentage of crime and murders.
US census is taken every ten years in years ending in zero, 2010, 2000, 1990, 1980 and so on.

There are 2 separate sets of rules. If a crime is white on black, it is always a hate crime, but black on white crime is impossible to charge as a hate crime.

You should research why BET was founded along with Ebony magazine before making your claim. Also,the NAACP was founded by a white man,moreover a black man did not become the president of the NAACP until 1975. if you actually studied U.S. history you would know this stuff.

Why don't you tell us since you studied the founding of BET in US History class. The fact that the NAACP had white presidents until 1975 is about as germane to this conversation as the fact that the Nation of Islam was founded by a white guy. By the way reading Wikipedia doesn't count as studying history. Next time pick up a book so maybe you could make a coherent point.
