- Chicago Police claim a man exonerated of a murder charge in 2012 after serving 17 years in prison was fatally shot by someone he was trying to rob Tuesday afternoon on the Near West Side.
The shooter is a real winner, too - thank goodness they both had properly registered and licensed handguns.

News radio reports just now says that the fambly of Alprentiss Nash is affecting to be "shocked" about all this.

It gets better. "Police have shooter in custody, but he has not been charged with murder. Authorities are trying to determine if it was self-defense because Alprentiss pulled his strap first!"
There should be no legal defense of "self-defense" possible in killings that occur during drug deals.
To be fair, he got a mulligan on the first conviction, so it's still only 180 degrees.
Well.....then the original 'story' put out by his family -- and printed verbatim by our idiot Lamestream-media -- of him "getting killed during a robbery attempt" WAS correct.
They just forgot to mention that he was the Robber. I guess that is understandable, shit like that can slip your mind. (rotflmao)

As time goes by , and more of this type of street justice happens , and the hood finally wakes up and realizes what it's gotten itself into ... some are gonna wish for the days when cops were allowed to BE cops . But with these dimbulbs it's going to take a long time . Who cares anyways .
