Weather Again?
McCompost spent how many years telling everyone how weather wasn't a factor in crime, that shootings didn't go up when the temperature did, and the beaches were closed that one year because it was sooooooo hot, people (and folks) were battling passing-out yards from the largest supply of cool fresh water on the planet.
- Eight hours of shootings across Chicago Thursday left a man dead and at least six other people wounded.
The homicide happened about 7:15 p.m. in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
Two men, ages 21 and 24, were in the 4600 block of West Huron the younger man was shot in both legs and the older suffered multiple wounds, according to Chicago Police.
They were driven separately to Stroger Hospital, where the 24-year-old later died. The 21-year-old’s condition stabilized, police said.
Funny how that happened. We don't know what the issue is.

I certainly hope these two lead receptacles have affordable health care and/or life insurance because quite frankly I'm tired of paying for their very existence with my taxes!
It is a fact that when the weather is really cold, folks do not bleed out a quickly from their wounds.

Anyone notice how the local news haven't been displaying any of the recent shootings of late (black on black crime)? Yet they did have an article on NBC Local News of two more officers placed on administrative leave from the McDonald incident. Excellent!
Even when it was negative 2 out people still got shot. Not the weather this is what happens when you step on the police to furthur your political career, stay fetal cpd give them the police they want and deserve, let the aclu keep smiling bc stops are way down and murders and violent crime way up, this town is full of idiots
We're on a pace to have 3400 shot this year, and that equates to 580 murders. The bill for Chalkie's overtime will be staggering.

It's tough being unemployed.
If this keeps up the city will need a whole new dept. just to deal with revoking all those CCL that were issued to these fine gentlemen....

3000 people shot in 2015 in Chicago. Cost to treat those gsw's over 1.2 BILLION. taxpayers end 600 MILLION. The cost to run the LA city zoo is $30M.
