DOJ Assigned Ethics Class
Remember, these are people in the same organization that is investigating CPD along with other police organizations across the country:
- A federal judge has ordered annual ethics classes for Justice Department attorneys as a punishment for being "intentionally deceptive" during litigation over President Obama's executive immigration orders.
"Such conduct is certainly not worthy of any department whose name includes the word 'Justice,'" U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen wrote in a withering order released Thursday.
Justice Department attorneys misled the court about when the Department of Homeland Security would begin implementing President Obama's executive order granting "deferred action" to illegal immigrants whose children are citizens. In doing so, they tricked the 26 states who filed a lawsuit into "foregoing a request for a temporary restraining order," according to the judge.
Just something to keep in mind as this train wreck moves along.

If you believe that the DOJ is going to give a report other than the one they have been told to give by the socialists in charge, you are delusional. These ass clowns don't have a clue what's going on in the ghettoes or the savage behavior that the CPD must deal with. The report will be as big a joke as Lightfoot's bullshit report.
Is that the same Department of Justice that never found any problems with the Obama administration using the IRS to target conservative businesses? No problems there at all. They are investigating the Chicago Police? Hilarious.
They are as useless as the city inspector general who can't investigate the aldermen. This is all for show so that someone can profit from the so called results of their so called investigation.
A slap on the wrist. Stiff fines and/or suspension of their law license for a couple of years would be more appropriate for the arrogant SOBs.
Judge Hanen was very perturbed. He didn't like the government hiding the 100,000 illegal aliens from him and the 26 states.
Expect more. His opinion mentioned another judge dealing with the IRS. The IRS that has also been lying, destroying evidence, and otherwise ticking off the Judiciary AND Congress.
There was separate sealed order that revoked the ability of the non local attorneys from practicing law in his federal district (not sure if it just this district or all the 26 states?). That is a BIG BLACK MARK on their reputations if it gets out.
Something to keep in mind:
The Federal government has adopted "Chicago-style" leadership, especially the DOJ. People are all in positions due to clout - not skill sets.
Poor performance? Taking wrong direction? What do you expect?

FOP should be checking this out instead of posting " go find me pages f o r their sick dog " if DOJ members are at crime scenes then they can be in hospitals, police stations, and other places where someone may feel free to speak. If firemen or paramedics are having non sworn personnel riding with them.... then these guests should be identified......is this how they direct an interview of a citizen who may have been shot who may have refused to be interviewd by real police officers.....is this a covert way to solicit a statement against officers. If I am found to be "intentionally deceptive," don't I face a Rule 14 violation? 30-pending separation? Possible criminal action? And civil consequences?

Police officers need to be given the ability to police. Nobody wants to be told what to do. Nobody wants a ticket. Nobody wants to be arrested. When the police need to take action it's usually isn't pretty. And guess what we don't have hours or days to discuss what action is appropriate. We usually need to take action immediately.
If Laquan McDonald was shot with only two rounds; a) he would still be dead and b) we would have never heard of him. C) the officer would have never been charged. This witch hunt is going to cost many lives and they are not going to be police officers lives.

The T.S.A. Administrator recently met with the concerned Little Dick Durbin and Rahm Emanuel over long waits at security checkpoints. Passengers are paying extra 911 security fees to fund this federally based bureaucracy. As predicted, just another federal agency seeking more money and like every other government bureaucracy, it seeks to grow more inefficient and waste more money.
I don’t believe either Emanuel or Durbin ever waited in lines letting family members get felt up by T.S.A. agents. Both go directly to the dignitary security checkpoint with no waiting, no groping of family and surrounded by armed guards. Unarmed T.S.A. agents and unarmed aviation police protect the little people while inconveniencing them by having them remove their shoes, produce numerous forms of identification, asking lots of questions like the naïve T.S.A agents know how to spot trouble or profile a terrorist. Many planes are held and everyday passengers inconvenienced while the D.C. type dignitaries board and exit the plane. Little people remain seated and wait. Their baggage never hits the carousel avoiding the average guys delays since they can write laws and bureaucratic regulation which can punish and hold accountable member of the airline industry. And by the way the U.S. Inspector General has proven time and time again the T.S.A. has failed with all too often checkpoint security breaches.
Congress writes laws but somehow exempt themselves from the b.s. they create. One set of rules for the unwashed masses and one set of rules for the ruling elite. Just like anointed lawyers from the D.O.J. It is fair to say the D.O.J. should clean up their own house before systematically destroying the thin blue line which maintains civility in our city. The audacity of these government lawyers to lie to a federal judge.
Lie to a federal agent (there are always two of them and one of you)and you will be charged with a criminal federal offense which is a felony. D.O.J. lies to a federal judge and they are not disbarred like a President Clinton. They keep their jobs after attending ethic training. What a joke. Double standard. Rule 14 violations get you fired with a possibility of jail time for official misconduct.
I propose this is standard operating procedure much like the blue code of silence fiction B.S.made up for movies and police sitcoms. My question is this, if the D.O.J. is lying, who else in government is lying as well? Or is this business as usual?

Mark Levin last night read part of the 28 page order from the judge. To say he was furious is an understatement. Levin also noticed the judge had references to when the EPA attorneys lied years ago as well. While the case involved is at the Supreme Court level - the judges' sanctions against the DOJ are not part of the SC case.
