Mayhem Continues

And not just at Wrigley.

So far, during an unseasonably warm October weekend, 7 dead and 20 wounded (per HeyJackass.com)

And a warm Sunday to go.

Yes, this is a mostly pointless post - but we warned you with the 12 hour days and canceled days off, it would be slow going. Bear with us.

Last week, there we passed 600, and we were taking guesses at the year end total. I took the under and guessed 685. We're going to breeze by that, with ease.

Yep, with 638 dead now, the city is well on the way to 700 dead by year's end. Thanks Rahm for screwing the police and screwing the citizens cuz you wanted to be re-elected. The genie is out of the bottle and you Rahm cannot put the genie back in. Rahm, the blood of the dead and the soon to be dead are on your hands, hope your proud of yourself.

Another Cubs loss. (While some Bars "clean up" by charging these idiots $500 to sit at a table. The Owners must be Sox Fans)

White Sox Fans are rejoicing and Cubs Fans are walking around in a drunken daze.

I actually watched the game and thought the Cubs Goat curse must have kicked in.

Well, I don't think I need to watch the next game to know who is going to win the Series. Also, not watching Monday Nite's (1-6) Bears.

Nine killed, twenty five wounded. Sounds like the kill ratio IS increasing. It used to be about 6 or 7 : 1. Now it is 3:1.

OK, Come clean guys,. Who is teaching the thugs how to shoot?

Wrigley detail is not as bad as I thought. Lots of people thanking us, handshakes and high fives. Funny how out of the tens of thousands of people down there, the handful of "problem" people were all the same. It's like they can't help but be assholes.

Every day that these forced 12 hour days and no days off goes on burn out and fatigue increase and become larger and larger of a factor.
I know the city and department couldn't care less about us but what did they realistically expect?

Overtime during 12 hour days:

question: I have worked 6 days in a roll regular 4 work days followed by 2 cancel regular days off, now am I entitled to extra 4 hours overtime because I just worked through a 6th day?

Looks like 15/58 for Fri and Sat nights alone. At least! Man what a shit show, we have had double the moidas this Oct. compared to last Oct. . But its all so complex right and we need deep thinkers to figure it out.

Its times for the marching army of social science Grads to tell us why its all happening.

Wait til u c all the pieces of shits that Obama has been granting "commutation" of their sentences. I just got out from doing Fed time and Obama is letting 3,000+ go free. Google it.. Justice department commuting federal inmates. They are commuting them the past year 100 to 200 per month and a huge amount after the election and they delayed almost all of hem from actually being released until after the election. You will really have your hands full with these losers who are all fucked in the head after being down in hard core USP's....

if no provisions are changed in an expired contract what was all the fuss about when a letter of notification wasn't sent in time for the last contract.

10/29/2016 10:53:00 AM'

If notificaction to request bargaining is not sent in time, the contract in effect remains in place. That would mean no pay increases. So, the city can then decline to proide tetroactive pay. Like they did.

All of you Sox fans really just don't get it, we really don't care what you think, how you feel or what you think our chances are to win. Just go back in your mother's basement and have another Old Style. You may also hope the Cubs get into the playoffs next year because there would never be this OT gravy train for the Sox because you assholes never fill the fricken stadium and no one wants to hang out on 31st street or anywhere on the south side.

In my district they're sending the entire 3rd watch into our district at 1230 on Mon to be used at D.C.'s discretion.
Since 2nd watch n 1st watch are on 12 hour days there'll be no cars for them. Lots of forethought and planning obviously went into this!

Remember those of you who are in Sat/Sun day off groups on Friday the 4th of November you are working a 6th straight day from the Sun - Sat work work week. On the 6th straight day you get time and a half as its overtime so 8hrs = 12 at time and a half. Your day off was cancelled Sunday. As long as you work Sun-Fri and don't take Any time.

Are you able to read?
It's rather clearly spelled out in our contract.
By the way the city will usually try to get by on the cheap and make you grieve such issues to be made whole.

After the Cubs lose, go to your bedroom in your mothers basement, and sit in the corner of your room hugging your plush Clark the cubbies mascot, stuffed doll.
