Martin Prieb hits another one out of the park.
Disgraced Tribune "reporter" Steven Mills is already under a cloud for his horseshit reporting regarding the Anthony Porter/Alstory Simon debacle where a convicted killer was released and an innocent man framed with the media's assistance based on nothing except the hyperventilating of assorted leftists.
Now he is pushing the "innocence" of four more convicted rapist/murderers, misrepresenting the trial, evidence and crap-tacular work of the State's Attorney office. And the basis for much of Steven Mills' "reporting?"

If one wants to enroll in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO network, the following (monthly) and ANNUAL premiums will be deducted from the pensions of non-Medicare retirees:
INDIVIDUAL...($1,466/mo.) x 12 = $17,592
COUPLE........($2,610/mo.) x 12 = $31,320
FAMILY...........($3,622/mo.) x 12 = $43,464

A valuable result of the 2016 presidential election has been the showcasing of the traditional, established, 'we are reporting solid fact to the people' media, operating in any way they can to directly influence the result of the election and also generally obfuscate important facts and statements published to mislead.
Thought toward our local kerfuffles; Reporting news such as is done at cwbchicago.com
would be most beneficial at the city level.

So when will someone get Steven in the docket? I would think a rather generic lawyer could certianly get a case of journalist malpractice into the Federal Court given the distribution of the Trib. It would be a very nice libel case and it would seem damages could be documented easily in terms of finance and civil rights in a criminal conspiracy between the the school, Kathryn and the rest of the lawyers and the Trib. This thing is so ripe with wrong it is a real money tree.

Have you been to a couple of union meetings that Marty - AKA as Colonel Sanders - was booed of the floor? Marty know this topic very well but he seems not to be blessed with any common sense about anything else. You know at meetings there are the old band of cutthroats that used to be in office in the back of the hall, the group in office now, and the group of wannabee’s. These don’t agree on anything. When Angelo proposed a by-law change to lower all of the salary of all of inside FOP positions the old City-wide guys voted against it. Why? Because the want back in at the higher pay scale.
But when all three groups boo a guy off the floor not once but at two different meetings that says something about the guy. Lots of smarts but zero common sense.

Remember Dougherty said Obamacare was a good option for retirees. If you do not have Medicare quarters you screwed The city wide guys were in office for 12 yrs counting while they hide info from Shields for this three yrs. They never worked to fix this problem. Steve Miles is a liberal, has liberal ideas, has no concept of factual reporting on the police related issues. During the whole time of the Antony Porter saga Steve Miles never one time wrote a factual article regarding the incident. If he or any other so-called seakers of true and\or hard investigative reporting" of this city would have made a honest investigation, they would have learned that we did not do any wrong. If they only would have looked at our investigation with a open mind, they would have came to the same conclusion as the jury did. And the conclusion was that me and my partner had probably cause to arrest Anthony Porter for the murders of Merlyn Green and Jerry Hillard. Why was it THAT THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO DID LOOKED INTO THIS CASE WAS A LOWLY BEAT COP( Prieb's Crooked City)AND A RETIRED NEWSPAPER REPORTER(Bill Crawford's Justice Perverted) Miles can't hold Marty jockstrap in fact I really don't think he has a clue what a jockstrap is used for.

I plan on taking advantage of the 55-and-out for 2% of my pension.
If my pension is $80,000 I'll pay $1,600 a year for me and my family.
Can someone explain how, given the numbers shown by the original post?
I've asked around and have attended a 55 and out seminar. Nobody seems to know the answer.
Please no cat calls. I'm not a healthcare expert and really not sure how it's going to work. How is the city involved and how do I know they won't pull the rug out after I retire?

So Marty (colonel sanders) is running, Kevin Graham (hedgehog of Wilson Ave) is running figuratively, Bartlett (the elite) is running, and Murray( punchy) is running, and Angelo (shorty) is running.
Prediction: Angelo wins but does not get 50%. And he wins in the runoff.
Americans' trust and confidence in the mass media "to report the news fully, accurately and fairly" has dropped to its lowest level in Gallup polling history, with 32% saying they have a great deal or fair amount of trust in the media. This is down eight percentage points from last year.
Perhaps this is why the New York Times Publisher Promises to ‘Rededicate’ Paper to Honest Reporting?

Anyone see the article about targeting minorities for the next police exam? But if that isn't racist enough, minorities don't have to pay the $25 dollar testing fee, but white people have to pay? Isn't that the definition of racist? Treating one group of people differently then others based solely on their race? If only minorities had to pay and white people did not, holy cow their would be protests and looting all over this shit-hole of a liberal city.

If your taking the test race box choose whatever minority you want to be, will also help getting your promotion quickly! Besides saving the fee its "time to play the game" play it well! Just like the craziest "I feel like a woman today and want to use that bathroom" you "feel like a minority today" why not?
