So Danny Davis's grandson was killed the other day, adding to the grim total of Chicago this year. And what led to this tragic event?
- Police say a dispute over gym shoes led to the fatal shooting of Congressman Danny Davis’ 14-year-old grandson in Englewood Friday evening.
About 6:45 p.m. Friday, Javon Wilson was inside his home in the 5600 block of South Princeton when two people came in, started arguing with him and then shot him in the head, according to Chicago Police and a statement from the congressman.
The shooting was “not random” and was not a home invasion, according to police....

Danny "Driving while Black" Davis. Davis was stopped by police in Chicago some years back during the holidays. His car was driving back and forth over the center line. Davis was driving the car and was occupied by three of his friends. Pretty good guess he was drinking that night. Davis was pulled over and was then let go by police. The very next day he holds a press conference and complains he was pulled over by cops just because he was driving while Black. We all know he got a quick pass because he is a US Congressman. Tells me all I have to know about this guy.
When the State's Attorney's Police raided the panther compound they were there to take their gym shoes.
