Balitmore Circles the Drain
- The Baltimore State's Attorney's Office has instructed prosecutors to think twice before charging illegal immigrants with minor, non-violent crimes in response to stepped up immigration enforcement by the Trump administration.
Chief Deputy State's Attorney Michael Schatzow, in a memo sent to all staff Thursday and obtained by The Baltimore Sun, wrote that the Justice Department's deportation efforts "have increased the potential collateral consequences to certain immigrants of minor, non-violent criminal conduct."
"In considering the appropriate disposition of a minor, non-violent criminal case, please be certain to consider those potential consequences to the victim, witnesses, and the defendant," Schatzow wrote.
Prosecutors declined to discuss the memo.
So not only are the illegals exempted from Federal Law, Mosby is exempting them from any type of criminal charges lest they appear on the Federal Government's radar. Among the charges you can get away with if you are an illegal alien:
- -Most property crimes, such as theft, embezzlement, receipt of stolen goods, and arson of personal property
-Fraud, tax crimes, other forms of white collar crime
-Drug and alcohol-related crimes
-Prostitution
-Racketeering and gambling
-Bribery
Lawlessness prevails.

If we weren't such a messed up society Baltimore would be the example. All colleges would analyze where they went wrong and teach it to the students. All leaders would recognize where they went wrong so it won't happen anywhere else. But... The world is upside down now so most places all want to be just like Baltimore.

Two crimes do not make a right.
They're just following in COok Couny footsteps. We already allow illegals to get away with "minor" law-breaking such as sexual assault and arson. No deportation here. If the general public only knew, and of course the media wouldn't dare investigate that subject, wouldn't fit their socialist liberal agenda.
Once again it's just democrats choosing which laws they want to follow and enforce. This has been going on in cook county for at least 20 years

So if 50 out of 100 Mexicans are charged, and 95 of 100 blacks then is 50% 80% 0f 95%???

Well, the good news is he's halfway to the necessary amount of convictions needed for a shoplifting upgrade. It's good to have goals.
