And yet again, a pardoned criminal returns to a life of crime:
- A South Florida man who had his lengthy drug sentence commuted by former President Barack Obama last year is back behind bars facing a slew of drug charges.
Henry Claude Agnew, 36, was arrested Friday by the U.S. Marshals Service in Broward County, jail records showed. Agnew was being held on a probation violation.
Miami-Dade Criminal Court records showed Agnew was charged last month with a number of drug offenses, including cocaine and cannabis possession, selling cocaine and cannabis near a school and possession of cocaine and cannabis with intent to sell.

Cops made an arrest in the case and you will *not* believe what we learned: The accused man was charged with a nearly identical set of crimes earlier this year, but the state dropped all charges last month.
Dropped by Kim Foxxx's office, which seems to be a disturbing habit...a habit not covered by the lame-stream media for some reason. We'd hate to think it was because she's a #blm-supporting, police-hating, incompetent lawyer, but that's the only conclusion we can come up with.
Combine that with the post at the top of today's offerings and you don't have to be even partly intelligent to see that the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of Cook County is bound and determined NOT to prosecute criminals.

Hopefully some of her friends, neighbors, and relatives will?
They can explain to her what she has done to increase crime in Chicago and Crook County.
Our jails and prisons are over crowded with gentlemen of a dusky hue. Except for the most violent of crimes, it is time we left them alone to co exist with their community.

The citizens get what they deserve. They keep voting these assholes in so they have nobody to blame but themselves. They support the criminals and vilify the police and then complain that their neighborhoods are crime ridden. Democrats/Liberals truly are a disease.

Perfect. She is bound not to prosecute criminals and a Sheriff who doesn't want prisoners in his jail. What could possibly go wrong?

If YOU were to go outside Illinois and purchase a TV or Cigarettes or Gasoline or even SODA and not declare it on you Illinois taxes, prickwinkle's people (folks) find out, I can promise you that the trial that would follow would make the Al Capone trial look like a walk in the park (not in Chiraq, then you would get shot)!
Foxx was voted in by the democrats for this exact reason - too many brown and black in jail. She was backed by Soros and Preckwinkle to do their bidding. Foxx is not smart enough to come up with this shit herself.

I have been reading the CWB Chicago blog. It looks like a non stop fright train of crime occurring on the north east side of Chicago. The not so crazy thing is that every single criminal is from the west or south side. There is nothing they can do to stop them and the criminals know it. They just walk into businesses and take whatever they want, food, clothing, employees phones, cars, money.There is nothing to take and break in their own neighborhoods so they have found one that is like Christmas morning every day. That area will be a wasteland soon. It will look the same as the west side as soon as all the liberals move out and the criminals move in.
Incompetent? She's probably giving someone exactly what they paid for. She sure doesn't have citizens' and communities' safety in mind.
The only ones the politicians and "community" want to have accountability for is the police.

Why does Obama keep getting a pass for everything he did to hurt the citizens of this Country? He should be behind bars but is not even being investigated, while the entire D C Swamp is trying to tear down Trump.
Foxx is apparently trying to carry the same torch that Mosby and Holder carried- the one that says it's OK to commit crimes- clearly with a racial preference given to black people. Why? Because they think that blacks must be too stupid to follow the laws and therefore deserve a break. I do not follow those same beliefs, nor do the vast majority of us out there. Unfortunately, Barry also seemed to hold those same beliefs. Letting "non- dangerous" (???) drug offenders go back out to the streets was only one of his many liberal/leftist mistakes. He also granted clemency to that FALN/ domestic terrorist "mad-bomber" Rivera, apparently because he felt that he was also non-dangerous, too! Obama's socialist-driven legacy/blight unfortunately will leave its indelible stain upon our society for the rest of eternity. And the thin blue line yet remains to try to hold everything in place.
