Look on the bright side with the four-for-four. Around 20 shots were fired and if those bullets were purchased in Cook County, there's a nickel per bullet tax to defray the medical expenses incurred by "gun violence". Since all expired at the scene and no medical aid was administered, there's a whole extra dollar in the Coffers now!!

Don't see how how COPA and body cams affect the murder rate. Prior to COPA and body cams we still hit 700. What percentage of police have the body cams. 10 maybe 20. Specialized units which do a lot of the proactive and enforcement and are on the headcount don't have them. Tact?
