Safe Passage begins again today. An imaginary wall around the paths to certain CPS schools that will:
- magically stop bullets,
- increase attendees IQ's by at least 20 points,
- and somehow negate past years of parental neglect
We'll just be over here laughing.

And this is what happens in the districts where police officers live. They take some of your officers and sergeants out of your district and put them on safe passage in other districts leaving your neighborhood without any help. 22 is a perfect example of a district that is so low on manpower that you are lucky if your call is answered in an hour but you see no one protesting that.

How many cars are downed in each district to sit at schools during dismissal? Tax paying citizens lose their beat cars to this nonsense. Tell anti police CPS to hire security from their own budgets. What a waste.
