I'm still contemplating joining NOBLE to become a future top scorer on any Department promotional exam. Can somebody please list the contact person and what the annual dues are? Can a white male join?

I predict, a simliar scandal erupts on the upcoming promotional exams. The entitled and stupid will only cease being entitled and stupid when punished.

This is the first time I read anything about it.
Why have you not previously published your claim?
Ferguson and his chief investigator Peete has refused to investigate a major environmental case that was thrown out against a politically connected wrecking company. The case was thrown out by an ALJ. Prior to many pictures being taken by the inspector Sophia king and Rahm’s building girl refused to respond. Joe did nothing. The city is appealing after I pressured them. Stay tuned and the department of administrative hearings refuses to investigate the ALJ from Beverly.
