Reporter on the scene says occupants of the truck were not armed, confirmed by residents in the area who did not see any weapons on the subjects.
SO....will Cook County courts grant extradition? Or will they hold up the sanurary city sign and welcome them and give them the key to their cell....?? After all,, the police violated their human right by chasing them...
