Cesario, Dennis Preito’s cuckolded ex-son-in-law is as dumb as a box of rocks. Never, ever found a promotional examination he could pass high enough to be promoted “off the list”. In Area Four he was so that incompetent that any decisions requiring any thought were made by Staples or pallohousky. A joke, except he should be retiring with a patrolmans pension instead of the pension he’ll rape the pension fund for.

I'll bet a 100 Bubblehead Bucks that Escamerit will stay in 025 for another year. Once his pension is secure he will be told to retire. A soft punishment for the ACLU fiasco. City Hall would demote him but that would be too close to them actually admitting that they fucked up by promoting him to begin with. The original idea that was floating around was to make him the Commander of 016 to punish all the 025th district coppers that bid over there. That idea got squashed though. All my 007th district brothers and sisters should be awarded medals for having to deal with the 3-Headed Monster that was Leo the Lion, Badger Escamerit, and Bubblehead Eagle.
The last forecast changes were wrong. Why should I believe these?

Does anyone even care anymore? The titanic shuffled deck chairs way better than this and it still sunk. When you have so much internal corruption like in testing and merit it really does not change anything for the working a beat copper, we can decide to work smarter and do what we have to do, no amount of bossass will change anything. What switch beats, start times still paid the same take your personals,lunch,get fuel,car wash you are being paid to take part in the best street theatre around, just don’t try to take a walk on part in the play!

We love the XO in 14 and he would make a great Commander unfortunately like has happened in so many other districts he is the wrong nationality. The district is no longer majority Hispanic but the two loudmouth PR Alderman still have the mayors ear. Sorry white Captains, always the bridesmate never the bride.

You took the words out of my mouth about Cesario. Ask yourself why would they put him in 911 Center. Answer: because he was inept as a commander so he was dumped there. Ask anyone in Area North how he was as a replacement for Duffin. Make a post about this idiot Cesario's bumbling and stumbling through the ranks of CPD because of daddy-in-law. Why would that surprise anyone? If you have the juice to get a merit promotion, then you have the juice to get promoted. If the higher up bosses give you a merit, they are going to promote you instead of the guy who passes the test

J.F at JISC should be the new Commander at Area North. Passed every promotion test on her own and is well liked by patrol and Detectives. She was a Detective for over 5 years and knows the job. I’d work for her any day.
