The N.R.A. has not been named as an offender in any shooting or murder in the City of Chicago that has been investigated to date.
The real question is who is killing and committing aggravated batteries with firearms? The N.R.A. or the criminals given a "second chance" by a failed system of justice in Cook County. But we need more laws and less prosecution.

The door revolves non-stop during the entire performance while actors walk in in handcuffs and accompanied by law enforcement and immediately walk out with their court appointed attorney, smiling and shaking hands.
This goes on for the entire show. Not my thing, really. Must be one of those new wave, artsy productions.
Oh, I almost forgot. During intermission, they serve pizza in the lobby.

Don't know about the 6-2 but have heard from numerous 35th staff that 019 is the pilot district. Wouldn't worry to much since the swiping is the same as cook counties and it's not tied to payroll. It's just to see if you are there so now it's a 9 hour day instead of 8.5. Early cars will have a swipe time of 0530-1430.

About 3 months ago R&D sent out a General Order to the exempts to review and make comments. They call it "staffing" an order. Basically this order changes the city hours to:
1w- 2100 to 0600 early and 2200 to 0700 late roll calls
2w- 0500 and 0600
3w- 1300 and 1400
This schedule takes into account one hour after roll call to catch up on training,check Dept email, caboodle etc. you can even workout for an hour if you sign an IOD waiver. After that hour you will make your face to face relief with the watch coming in. We stay on the 4-2 schedule but get rid of that useless 3 hour 3w/1w "power overlap" which as everyone knows is when the 3w gets to duck early.
This was talked about at the "exempt beat tag meeting" with the Supt as a way to keep track of beat tags, ensure beat integrity and go back to the same officers using the same cars everyday.
Look for this to happen in the next period or two.

The way the arrest report reads, there was no probable cause for the search; hence no felony charges. Maybe if this writer of wit and wisdom had applied a bit more factual basis for the search of the vehicle, then lil Willie would be facing felony charges.

The Cook County system is most definitely tied to the payroll system.

The way the arrest report reads, there was no probable cause for the search; hence no felony charges. Maybe if this writer of wit and wisdom had applied a bit more factual basis for the search of the vehicle, then lil Willie would be facing felony charges.
