Pending Voter Fraud
- Municipal ID cards that Mayor Rahm Emanuel is launching for undocumented immigrants and others will be a valid form of identification for people both registering to vote and voting in Chicago, according to a letter aldermen received Friday.
Clerk Anna Valencia, who’s heading up the CityKey program, cited state election rules to explain why the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners will accept the card.
“The Illinois Election Code requires the Board of Elections to accept current, valid photo identification cards and other local governmental documentation that includes an individual’s name and address, as proof of identity and residency,” Valencia’s letter reads in part. “The CityKey fits both of these requirements.”
But if you aren't a citizen, you aren't supposed to vote - except you can lie and get a ballot anyway.

But state officials have stonewalled PILF requests for access to the data that could expose the problem, the group says in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.
“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.
He said Pennsylvania had already admitted to a “glitch” dating back to the 1990s that had allowed noncitizens applying to renew driver’s licenses to be offered the chance to register to vote. Mr. Adams said he now wants to find out how bad the problem is overall.

I had a problem early voting a few years ago. First time it ever happened when they told me I wasn't who I was because the date of birth was a year off. Even after showing them my drivers licence! I was born here and am a legal citizen. I never had a problem with the birth date before when I voted. It was always the correct year. I wonder what illegal copied my id information and mistakenly got to vote with the new birth year! Crooked DEM city, county and state. Vote them ALL out!
I believe states could in theory elect to give them state citizenship and elect to allow them to vote in local (which has been done) and state elections but cannot give them federal citizenship. But anyway I thought you didn't need ID to vote in this country?

You must be a United States Citizen.
You must be 17 years old on or before the date of the Primary Election and turn 18 on or before the date of the General Election.

You must not be serving a sentence of confinement in any penal institution as a result of a conviction.
You may not claim the right to vote anywhere else.
The online form does ask about citizenship, your State ID or DL number, DOB, etc. But given the huge industry of identity theft and illegals... this leaves me a bit worried.
They can't get enough Americans to vote for a communist regime, so they'll get illegal aliens to do it!

To the various posters stating that they weren't asked for ID when voting: you're partially correct. If you're currently registered and your signature matches the application for ballot form - no ID necessary. If it's your first time voting after registering by mail or online, you need to bring ID. If you register to vote while at early voting or on Election Day, you will need ID. This is where the fraud will occur and the half assed training for judges will ensure that confusion and skullduggery will prevail. Dump the current Commissioners and their flunkies. The Election Code needs an overhaul to leap into the 21st century and not use a signature comparison to validate voter's affidavit for a ballot.

The problem is election laws, state and federal. They only call for the voter to sign an affidavit that says I am a citizen. Any document with your name and address plus any kind of ID gets you registered. Every time a state comes up with law requiring ID it violates federal law. Laws need to be changed on federal level
