Arena Endorsements
Someone said there is a poster floating around out there with judge endorsements from Alder-asshole Arena's office. We'd like a copy for the readers so they can concentrate their efforts on voting against those judges.
People should probably vote against this wanna-be judge, too - Colleen Reardon Daly:

Colleen Reardon Daly is an FOP attorney and also has her own private practice. As a veteran Officer, I have dealt with many attorneys; C.C. , ASA , P.D. , Private Attorney’s, Federal prosecutors, etc. And I am here to say Colleen represented me. She is TOP NOTCH. She is deicated, passionate, honest and holds your best interests with all her wisdom. Her husband is an Officer. I see that she accepted the endorsement of a Police hater being, alderass John Arena. I am not defending Colleen on that. BUT Colleen had my Back when the Department did not. I was very confident with Colleen at my side. If I wasn’t I would not have had her represent me. I am sure over the years other Officers and civilians that she assisted would probably say the same because she is that GOOD!!!!!! I just think a candidate running for an election is sometimes willing to accept endorsements or support and may not realize that there is always a group that will be effected. Just because the alderman is an asshole doesn’t mean the candidate is from the same CLOTH. I wish Colleen the very best. She will be a great asset to the Citizens, with integrity and be able to be fair and impartial. We the Police need Colleen, no doubt about it SCC.

Speaking of State Rep. Robert Martwick I noticed the FOP endorsed him, do we know why? I received one of those glossy mailers from Martwick in which he photoshoped his opponent's ( Jeffrey LaPorte) image between Trump and Rauner saying LaPorte is Trump and Rauner's candidate and that he is a fake Democrat. I don't know who LaPorte is, but the flyer is a real smear job. According to a Sun Times interview LaPorte he said his occupation is a police officer. What ticked me off is that he calls this Laporte a Donald Trump Republician who will side with right-wing extremists over working families. Martwick also said he is outraged by Donald Trump's extreme attacks on our families. Martwick said Laporte campaign is being backed by a secretive tea party group but of course never names who they are. Wow what a bunch of crap. I am so tired of these Democrats that lie and do nothing for us, but want to import more illegal aliens and give them the ability to vote, put more people on the public dole and raise our taxes to pay for all their liberal progressive programs. I am fed up with Rauner after he turned the State into a sanctuary state and will make taxpayers pay for abortions. These dems try to scare everyone that Trump is evil when in actuality it is them. Another flyer I got was from Bridget Gainer with all her cutesy photos of her growing and in school but no substance you don't know what she stands for or what she plans to do. According to an article I read elections are now won by the use of these mailers. That's why the dems bombard you with them.

She didn't ask for his endorsement and while she is honored she asked that her name be removed from the handouts because no one ever asked her permission to include it. I feel like she was saying thank you I am honored but no thanks get my name off of your handout.

*Stupid move to accept that endorsement. Colleen has represented police officers during CR investigations. She's also married to CPD, that's how she got the second Irish last name. She's a good person, but accepting the endorsement of Martwick and Arena doesn't speak well of her knowledge of who these politicians are. Or, even worse, it says that she will be a good Democratic Party zealot and do as what ever commie sympathetiizer the party puts up tells her to do.
My advice: Reject those endorsements as quickly and publicly as possible Colleen, or risk losing my vote and the votes of several hundred other policemen and their family members!!!!

After looking over her website we can't told one endorsement against her. She is endorsed by many Friends & some Foe of the Police.
Lets make a conscious decision based on her record. Her ratings have found her to be highly qualified, recommended or qualified by all bar associations.
Former A.S.A. , F.O.P. attorney , and as a plus she is from a Police Family.
You know... there is a political game that every elected official has to play. You know, keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. Daly will make a fine judge and she will bring credit to the bench. A “nobody” will never get on a Dem ballot without a Chicago Way Dem Party endorsement unless they use all their own money.

Many years ago as a young "gonna make a difference" copper", I tried to get charges approved for a PSMV with the keys in the ignition. The ASA working felony review that night was Colleen Daly. After I explained the details, she approved charges. The old timers couldn't belive it.
Also had several cases with her at 26th & Cal. Was very impressed.
Later worked with her husband. Exellent Copper.

Here's the deal..... Sulagaris ran for judge in the last election against Reilly, in that election she bowed out to Reilly making out a no contest.
For her trouble she was appointed to her current position in the 10th. Sulgaris is the fair haired girl of choice of Martwick and Arena.
Martwick is usually a friend of ours with regard to pension legislation but his new tone has become more to the tone of well, if you don't like it vote me out.

Colleen is a good person and loves the Police. With that being said I am definitely voting for her and I also am declaring myself Democrat for the primary election to knock out anyone I don't like, which is damn near all of them. When it comes time for the General Election I am switching back to Republican.
An earlier poster stated you have to be in a specific Ward to vote for her. I know for a fact that the 47th Ward is in her boundary. Please look at her past and disregard the Arena endorsement. if it true or not.

I voted for Colleen, I think she is a good attorney and person. The fact that she courted Arenas support and his pal Tim Heneghan is alarming. Both arena and Heneghan are the biggest clowns on the NW side. Not sure who is running against Arena, but he will probably lose. On the other hand their is absolutely no question that Heneghan will lose to Napolitano by a huge margin. Bottom line by attaching yourself to these two assholes could translate to a loss in a close election. I hope she wins, her husband is a great guy also by all accounts.
