The only reason I found out is because I went into the credit union for something else.

Luckily this didn't happen in 025 but happened 3 blocks west. He would be looking at an ibond if it happened here. States attorney office is a little harder on crime when it happens in the suburbs

Similar to how the void or reopen narcotics cases after an officer is accused of impropriety in one narcotics case

What I would suggest going forward is anyone that gets him as an investigator needs to demand the case be reassigned to another investigator because he has shown a bias and hatred against police officers.
Also, anyone who has sustained allegations against them from kobel needs to file a grievance.

They snuck this in and call it premium checking but the few little things they give you amount to nothing. Of course they couldn't offer this as an optional upgrade because no one would take it so they are forcing everyone to opt out. If you don't opt out by April 16 they will start taking $4 a month from your account. I don't recall getting anything in the mail about this. The only reason I found out is because I went into the credit union for something else.

The credit union did send me an email about premium checking and its benefits. Comes down to credit monitoring and fraud alerts. I opted out myself. Be aware though that there are other miscellaneous fees for services, if you opt out of premium checking.

She'd walk around HQ during a workday with exposed shoulders showing a tattoo of a face on the rear of one shoulder. Her attire was far from business-like. The tattoo was about the size of a 12 ounce beverage aluminum can. She seemed to be a very unhappy woman so she was given a wide berth. Never wanted to get close enough to see who's face was the subject of the tattoo.
