COPA Craziness

Interesting information coming out of the "oversight" agency:
  • “COPA’s new administration has cleaned house of their executive personnel. Mia Sissac, girlfriend of current Police Board president (Ghiam Foreman) and “former Public Information Officer” for COPA was to be slated by City Hall as the new Deputy Director of Communications for CPD. Only one glitch, she refused the drug test - jajaja!!! Why Mia, inquiring minds want to know.

Bye bye outrageous salary (which ironically was more than Gugliami - which pissed him off until they promised him a raise), car, phone and parking spot and a cush job to be the “face of reform”! I can’t make this shit up...hilarious!”
These are the people keeping eyes on us?

Change of subject: At least we ain't the Brits. They are being plagued by moped (I kid you not) riding thugs brandishing hammers and machetes. These masked riders are mugging citizens and doing snatch-grab-and runs on expensive jewelry stores and other shops. Cops are helpless to stop them. There were 60 cases of moped thuggery in one day in England alone. At least the Hells Angles and Banditos ride Harleys, not mopeds.

I do not get it. How is one employee equivalent to "their executive personnel"? There are plenty of executive personnel at COPA. They are way boss-hole heavy. Sissac is one of many, or used to be one of many. Now she can flame away!

Tip of the iceberg @ COPA?

Immediately drug and alcohol screen
every last one of these leftist subversive haters and see
how many of them melt away because they pissed hot...

"We special an' shit... We don't have to be drug free
to investigate you racist Cops and get you fired..."

Any Policeman facing suspension/termination under
COPA's witch hunting mandate, should be able to
have the COPA investigator(s) drug screen pulled
forward for review with prejudice regarding the
ability to soberly, fairly and impartially render
judgement upon Policemen.

We figure a sharp lawyer can tie COPA in knots
with this information...

Are COPA investigators subjected to polygraph examination?

Are they subjected to the MMPI?

Are they subjected to Wonderlic screening?

Are they subjected to drug screening?
(Obviously not)

Or will the COPA-oids prompt "Tha' Communerty"
to wail in outrage about, "Y'all standards too high."

Not ONE swinging dick or low-hanging tit at COPA
can be considered a top shelf "investigator" anyway.
They're a bunch of revenge seeking, social justice
bust-outs who would struggle to run the deep-fryer
at Harold's Chicken, let alone have the joy of judging
Policemen using the gift of 20/20 hindsight and years
to review something that transpired in mere seconds.

Tear the skin off Rahm's ass with this...

Meanwhile?
The Police WILL continue to:

Look.
Point & Laugh.
Leave.

Every test, evaluation right down to an oral interview and back ground check so that we citizens have confidence in them. Otherwise they are just more political hacks on the payroll for some crummy cheesy politician. And I think if Mia refuses them she should obviously be rejected for civil service. No question about it.

Insanity is the democrats agaenda, and dismantling anything related to law and order and rule of law is their goal! They want total anarchy and mayhem look at what soros did here and lost:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/06/07/soros-push-to-elect-progressive-das-in-california-fails-to-attract-voters.html

Excerpts:His fundraising efforts received help from Cari Tuna, wife of Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz, who contributed more than $650,000 to a political action committee led by Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King.

Soros spent more than $1.5 million in the race, funneling the money to a political action committee that propped up Jones-Wright’s candidacy as she pledged to form a police-misconduct unit and supported progressive reform of the criminal justice system.

Soros, together with other wealthy liberal donors and groups, spent millions on would-be prosecutors who favor lower incarceration rates, crackdowns on police misconduct and changes in a bail system that they argue discriminates against the poor.

But most of the money went to waste as their candidates lost to more traditional law-and-order prosecutors who didn’t share progressive views or have hostile attitudes toward police.

^ this says it all, like rahm and our elected democrats all following the same “go against the police” mantra, billionaire pos soros doing everything to destroy America and the American police officer!

It gets better. The Metropolitan Police are not allowed to chase or otherwise pursue the moped riders if they are not wearing helmets. The poor little thieves might get hurt in an accident if the big bad police chase them when they are not wearing helmets.

But Tommy Robinson was imprisoned for 13 months for daring to stand outside a court house where 20 muslim men are on trial for raping English Children. Yes, CHILDREN!

Yesterday we rolled up on a sheriff who was doing a traffic stop. After motherfucking the driver the driver was then grabbed out of his car, searched and told to shut the fuck up and sit his ass down the curb. While the female sheriff stood over the driver acting hard as she week old shit left in the sun her partner proceeded to toss the vehicle. The stop was for a minor traffic violation.

That was enough for us. We got back in our car and left. My point is had we done that we'd be fucked after our in car camera, BWC, and ISR were pulled and reviewed. The media would be hounding us, the brass would just say we knew the rules, COPA would be demanding we be fired and Rahm would be apologizing to anyone who would listen as he cut the driver a fat check.

There seems to be two sets rules. There's Preckwinkle's rules and then there is Rahm's.

Rahm has lost it. Preckwinkle has him by the balls. We've all noticed VRI has been cut and now the increase presences of Preckwinkle's gangsta sheriffs patrolling the streets. Its all about money and power and she wants it all. Rahm just wants a job.

The system is very flawed. It's purely designed to screw the police. When an officer goes in front of the police board, the Copa investigator doesn't testify. The officer isn't allowed to call the investigator either. Corp counsel puts on the case as if they did the investigation. It's one big kangaroo court. Unfortunately I know first hand.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/chicago.suntimes.com/news/johnson-defends-police-officers-who-handcuffed-10-year-old-boy/amp/

Then he says:
The call came out as a young man 10-to 12 years old that was passing out a gun and the description fully matched the individual that they stopped,” Johnson said.

“Keep in mind, this is difficult for an officer to tell right off the bat if you’re 10-years-old, 12-years-old [or] 14…So, they handcuffed the kid for safety reasons because he did match that description. They followed all the rules and protocols that we have in place. So, I’m not concerned about that at all.”

* great he has our back then he humma humma must of got call from puppet master rahm:
Still, Johnson sympathized with the boy’s family and said he has ordered an internal investigation to make doubly certain proper protocols were followed.

*ordered internal investigation so that means it goes to copa and you Eddie moonwalk backwards? Double talk again! A man sticks with his people but you again shuffled! Wtf does this mean Eddie?

Not exactly. Honey had the job at IPRA, but being connected, she was a holdover-survivor and became an employee of COPA. Not all at IPRA were allowed to transition to COPA. Do not know when the relationship started with the police board member, but she had to be connected somewhere to be hired at IPRA in the first place and then to survive the transition to COPA. And then, getting a new position at CPD is definitely due to her police board connection.

OT: White House spokesman: Philadelphia mayor's victory dance after sanctuary city ruling is 'disgusting'.

Philadelphia Mayor James Kenney (D) and Chief of Staff Jane Slusser were victory dancing, giving each other a high-five and exclaiming "We are a sanctuary city!" when they learned U.S. District Judge Michael M. Baylson ruled Wednesday, 06 June 2018, that the Trump administration cannot withhold law enforcement grants over city officials’ “sanctuary city” policies.

In his ruling, Judge Baylson, a Senior United States District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, said Philadelphia was not allowing anyone involved in criminal conduct to escape law enforcement investigations, prosecutions or imprisonment.

"There is no evidence on the record whatsoever that non-citizens in Philadelphia commit any more crimes than the citizens," the judge said in his ruling. following the court's decision.

http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/391244-white-house-philadelphia-mayors-victory-dance-after-sanctuary-city

Hopefully, Judge Baylson gets reversed. And, even more disgusting, his judicial career was started and enhanced by members of the Republican Party. In 1988 he was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District, a position he held until 1993. He returned to private practice as a partner with Duane Morris until 2002, when he was nominated on 23 January 2002 by President George W. Bush to a seat on the Eastern District Court that had been vacated by Robert F. Kelly. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on 30 April 2002, and received his commission on 19 June 2002. He assumed senior status on 13 July 2012.

Cops handcuff 10 yr old boy fitting discription of 12 yr old boy with a gun.

Cops were 100% wrong.

When they heard call of 12 yr old with a gun they should of stopped and thought about:
What if he has a gun?
What if he won't drop the gun?
What if he points the gun at us?
What if it's a toy gun?

At this point they should realize this is going to be bad for them no matter what they do.
They should of toured the area, finding nothing.

Now they are one CR closer to being put in the program, Behavior Alerts, Personnel Conscerned or whatever it's called now.
Now they are one CR closer to not getting into a spot, because they have too many CRs.
Now they are one CR closer to being a headline: "COPS WITH TOO MANY CR#s." Won't family, friends, and neighbors be proud?
Now COPA, IAD, ACLU, states attorney, news media, NWU, UofC, BLM, FBI, Lovey & Lovey, Police Board, ACORN, Phather Phaker
and that nosey old lady who lives on the corner will get to review their file looking for a pattern of civil rights abuses, brutality, etc.

Stay fetal, be legal.

Note: Watch the video. Not one member of the community wanted those officers looking for a kid with a gun.

The goal of every activist is to gain a full time gig with a government agency. Being an activist pays little or nothing. But if you can get on a taxpayer funded payroll, it's worth it. First, march and protest, then extort jobs from liberal progressive fools. Looks several anti-police types landed in COPA.

Serious question...I never heard this much shit talking about ipra. What did they do right that copa does wrong? They still have some of the cop hating lefties that were kept from ipra so what's the difference?

BTW, all new hires with the city, regardless of department, go through, at least, the city's standard background and drug screening. I work here and this shit is too funny.

You never heard?

Hmmmmmmmm.......

Consider the possibility that:

1. Your head is up your ass.

2. Your constipation is being caused by....your head being up your ass.

3. Your hearing impairement is caused by your shit being jammed way into your ears, because.....your head is up your ass.

4. How's your vision? A bit blurry? Out of focus? Or is it too dark to actually see at all? If so, could it be because....your head is up your ass?

5. And what does your sense of smell tell you?

6. How about your taste buds? Having some strange and distasteful sensations?

7. And that lower back pain you've been wondering about?

Oh well, at least you have some of that funny shit to keep you cheerful.......

Phat Phil collects his $125,000 from the Police Memorial fund plus his credit card bills for MEALS and other outlays first before any other expenditures are paid.

This is why he will never receive one penny from me.

He brings in well beyond that in donations. Learn to be a better business man

He gets $150K from the CPMF in addition to his bloated police department pension, a car and an expense account. He makes a boatload of dough off the backs of our revered dead. Is it illegal? No. Is it unsavory? Hell, YES! A former superintendent using the men and woman who sacrificed their lives in the service of the City Of Chicago to enrich himself is very unsavory. That is why he will never get a penny from me, also.

Don’t think that was the posters point. Now the CMPF is asking for volunteers for the event at Wrigley , Rock the Badges. Why not pay them, he gets paid

Mia Sissac along with Larry Merritt was among the IPRA staffers that routinely supplied
CR histories and other dirt to the media in order to muddy cops caught in Rahm's crosshairs.
she supports BLM and Ceasefire/ Tio Hardiman's efforts to attack the police.

Now it comes out that not only does she has a relationship with the newly appointed head of the police board Ghian Foreman, she can't or will not pass a drug screen.Shades of RR!

How can the police get a fair shake at the police board with the Foreman-Sissac -COPA team?

I find that dynamic, in the words of Eddie Johnson " concerning"

He gets paid---his sidekick Frank Gross gets paid (plus car)----nothing ever really changes.

CPD sworn members are the only city employees subject to random drug testing, however, other employees, who give cause that is properly documented, can be sent for a drug test.
