also like the "any notifications" will be made to the Alderman...you can't make this stuff up---the Johnson brothers are dumber than a box of rocks--and yes, should be held accountable for the lack of a plan to quell out of control violence in their districts.

How many sworn personnel make up CAPS? If the whole division was disbanded would it have any effect on the shootings. Time to put them in beat cars where their needed and put all civilians in their place. Maybe even volunteers.

142 hours for the period that just ended. How the fuck does an admin sgt get 142 hours?? He is really a special kind of guy. Tells everyone that they can’t work the district overtime unless they are RDO but yet he does it all the time. Also puts himself in for 12 hours ot to do the paperwork On the stats for the guys that actually were on the street doing it. He has a great scam going for himself...
I retired a few years ago as a commander. I would never issue a directive to my officers to notify the alderman about ANYTHING. Anything that the alderman needed to know about, was sanitized through my office first. Guess things have changed in the last few years. Stay safe and watch each other's backs.
