Among other crimes he committed that day he was driving on a suspended license. He had received a ticket for driving on a suspended license recently, which case Kim Foxx promptly dismissed pursuant to her stated policy of not prosecuting driving on suspension cases.
This is what criminal justice reform looks like. Make sure there are no consequences when dirtbags break the law. Maybe if there had been some consequences when he was arrested for driving on a suspension the first time, Cruz would have thought twice about getting behind the wheel again this time, and the 15-year old girl would still be alive. To date, no reporter has asked Kim Foxx about her extensive money connections to Ald. Ed Burke. Ed and Anne Burke hosted a fundraiser for Kim Foxx at their house (just like they did for Toni Preckwinkle). They raised a lot of money for her from lots of different people and companies. Were any of these contributions a result of extortion? Who knows? No one is asking her. She has not returned one cent of it. Shouldn't she? She is the chief legal officer in Cook County and is, at least ostensibly, in charge of prosecuting crimes and criminals. Wouldn't that mean that she would have the biggest conflict of all considering that Ed Burke is now charged with federal crimes? Kim Foxx continues to get a pass from the Chicago media. Her refusal to charge criminals according the the Illinois Criminal Code merits her removal. Toni Preckwinkle deserves zero votes for mayor for promoting this travesty of State's Attorney.

Somebody should file a complaint against Crimesha with the ARDC. You can file the complaint at www.iardc.org.
Technically, the ARDC gives out law licenses and takes them away. They can only do based up on the Rules of Professional Conduct. If you care to read the rules, they can be found here:

However, just like an average citizen does not need to know the Criminal Code to file a criminal complaint, you do not need to know the Rules of Professional Conduct to file an ARDC complaint. They ARDC will figure that out for you. But the big catch-all to hang Crimesha with is Competence (or lack thereof), which is Rule 1.1.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the ARDC getting multiple complaints on the same incident, in fact it is a good thing.
Your complaint doesn't have to be fancy. Just write it in plain English. Just like you might write on this blog.
And write a separate complaint for each incident you know of.
Crimesha does not deserve to have a law license. Let's get the ARDC to take it away. Or at least suspend it for a couple years, to put her on the sideline.

Statutory Summary Suspensions being thrown out left and right if the DUI offender is driving without a valid license. Why?
