Another Crimesha Scandal?
- A jailhouse informant who got a sweetheart deal to testify against a former cellmate charged with killing 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee in an infamous gang revenge shooting isn’t reliable enough to take the witness stand at the trial scheduled for this fall, a Cook County judge ruled Thursday.
The deal obtained by the informant — a five-year sentence on a reduced aggravated battery charge — led to his release on parole in January, but now he won’t have to testify after all at the trial of Dwright Doty.
Nice deal - reduced sentence for testimony too shady to be given. How the Hell did that happen?
- The turn of events came after the informant backtracked on a key detail while testifying at a hearing Thursday, prompting Judge Thaddeus Wilson to question his credibility and bar him from testifying for the prosecution at Doty’s trial.
The informant originally told authorities that Doty confessed to him in graphic detail in 2017 about Tyshawn’s slaying and the separate killing of 19-year-old Brianna Jenkins.
[...] But when he took the stand at Thursday’s hearing, the informant testified he never actually heard Doty say anything about Jenkins’ murder. When he signed the plea agreement indicating otherwise, the informant said, it “must have been a mistake.”
So this asshole gets a great deal on an Aggravated Battery charge and the case against an even bigger asshole who shot a nine-year-old in the face over a dispute with the dead boy's sperm donor just got that much more difficult to win.

Just came back from Seattle and Portland, they're both dying. The homeless population is ridicules, I've never seen such a thing. They have tents set up on the streets, I mean tents that you would use for camping set up on the streets. It would be like walking down Rush street and seeing tents lining the sidewalk with a bunch of piss bums hanging out. The homeless populations in these cities are young and all dope heads, you can't escape them they're all over. Seattle and Portland tout themselves as being "progressive" and "liberal" cities, well if that's progressive and liberal you can have it. I will go back to the mountains, woods, lakes and rivers that Washington and Oregon have to offer but NEVER back to Seattle or Portland, it's a land of the living dead.

This "RACIST" blog needs to be finally taken down so that Chicago can finally have real and genuine Police Reform. (And, the reveal: you are a goatling!!! Barely past goat puberty, you have yet to feel the full force of goat adolescence. Wait for it. It will be quite unexpected.)
That you Cops get to hide behind your so-called right to free speech, freedom of assembly and other such that Cops should not be allowed to have, is a testament as to how tolerant the general public is in letting you guys get away with expressing the nasty, vicious and very un-public servant like opinions expressed here. (Ahhhhh, the pubescent goat is craving for dominance!!!! For power to compel all to bow and serve it's regal goatness!!!! How goaty.)
Aren't there rules against that? (Against what? Against posting the truth? Against each individual choosing the words, sequenced into sentences, grouped into paragraphs, which most sincerely communicate the truth well known to many, except, of course, adoloscent goats?)

Hopefully, Mayor Lightfoot will continue keeping you wild-assed Cops in check and continue forcing you to toward being reformed so that you'll be made to serve this city humbly like the public servants you are. (Public Employees, goaty, Publicly Paid Employees, employed to Enforce the Laws. The Laws enacted by those "servants of the Public" elected to do just that. Elected make the Laws. Public Employees employed to Enforce the Laws do so. Did you get caught busting a goat nut on the wrong tin can???)

Hey 10:31 a.m. – Thank you for the laugh I so desperately needed today. Really, keyboard warrior, calling someone else racist when the first thing you say is blue klux klan – credibility – you have none. And calling the police racist is somewhat of a misnomer since the CPD is made up of all races – black, white, Asian, Hispanic. So you are just pretty much showing YOUR ignorance and YOUR racism. Fighting back against a strong black woman??? That one really got me – I laughed so hard I snorted! The only thing strong about her are her connections.

I can only think that maybe you are planning a career at Second City Comedy, cause that is rich with humor. Listen, you have the “community” you want. Otherwise, you would do something about it. You get who you vote for and since most of the “community” just wants to live off others, gang-bang, kill each other and kids, innocent people shopping in stores, not cooperate with the police, behave like animals, hate the police and just about anyone else who strives to make a better life for themselves, then you have yourself to blame. The old, tattered and worn out race card is so useless and used up, that it generates no feeling whatsoever. You want to talk about the 60’s? Well you are right about that – its not 1960 anymore and black people can go to whatever school they want, they can get an education and enter whatever field they wish. Are there black doctors? Black lawyers? Black politicians? Black tradesmen/women? Black teachers? Black engineers? Black entertainers? Black firemen? The answer to all that is YES – so don’t even try with that “poor us” stupidity. It’s not the fault of the Police if you don’t want to make something of yourself. They are quick to respond with fists and weapons? Pick up a newspaper, turn on the news – your “communities” are there everyday with the shootings and general mayhem.
You are almost not worth responding to and the only reason that I am is because I AM PART OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC of the city of Chicago – I AM NOT A COP and I stand behind the CPD – so do not attempt to speak for everyone. In fact there are more of us than you, the “community” or even the cops themselves would know. They believe, (because of people like you) that they have no backing from the public, but they do. There are a lot of us – you know, the ones not causing chaos in the streets, tax-paying, working individuals who stand behind the CPD.
