What ever happened to "HUNCH LAB" remember that trash. so that company hits the city for a couple million and is out like that with zero results. We all knew that Hunch Lab was a complete waste of money even so the Lt's had to beg us to pull that useless event and sit there for 30 minutes to appease the jacks and knobs at comp stat. “Loaded” is rumored to include an aftermarket booster seat so Little Larry LightLoafers can see out the windows.

Kinda depends who that detective is, now doesn't it? Was there a name associated with that order? Was there an already anointed detective who is the 'only' one who'll be assigned to this detail (wink, wink)? Clout always wins in Chicago.
We should stop the jabs at the dicks. They're the smartest of the bunch and the clearance rate shows. They're the first group to truly figure out that none of it means shit anymore, so why bother. Save the energy and effort for if/when we have worthwhile judges on the bench and drop our crackhead SA/ASAs.

Now this is funny.... There are at least four additional Detectives detailed there as well.
With the clearance so low, you’d think that it would be all hands on deck and they would have every single detective investigating something... So let me get this straight? They have the existing Rahm Officers, they have new civilian (retired Marshall’s) Security, and now several detectives? Wow!!!
If they have the lowest clearance rate in history is one less going to make a difference? On the other side of the coin how many detectives would you need assigned to get a 75% clearance rate?
In the past, low seniority Dets are used to supplement the Secret Service, like when the candidates come to town.
Maybe familia obama or Oafrah is stopping by for high tea...or buying the house next door?
Sgt pay unlikely but would be nice for such a shoddy detail.

What happened to the vehicles that Rahm used? Couldn't a booster seat be installed in one of those? As good green democrat shouldn't she have some sort of small electric/hybird vehicle? The progressives say we have to cut our carbon foot print. Lead by example?

BS, an I've been a Det. for a long time. No Dets. are failing to clear cases because of the court situation. It is all nonsense, especially the juveniles, which are BEYOND nonsense, but that's not why the clearance rate is so low.
