Doctors unaware of the last minute request, without prior notice, instead substituted a set of equally sized small shallot onions into the empty scrotum.
It wont allow him to make command decisions in the future or stand up to the mayor but every time he passes Jimmy's hot dogs on Grand Ave. or a Portillo's he still will be guaranteed an erection.
Maybe he's having his head removed from his ass.

Uhmm I’m in the academy this week & detectives are extended another week for training with no actual classes or curriculum but just to be deployed at the city’s will.. at the last minute I hear some of them calling to cancel plans with the family.. CPD the Chicago way!

I have to dispute your evaluation of the Chief of Detectives. I saw her on TV and her many rows of campaign ribbons make your statement a lie. She must have been decorated for bravery and valor and great police work many times in the past.Now, under her leadership the detective division is doing an outstanding job of clearing violent crime.
