WTF is the discipline matrix ???
Never doubt the incompetence of a bureaucracy.
I’m actually for it. You have a boss that doesn’t like you and he recommends 5 days, can’t if the matrix says it’s a 1 day issue. I think it evens out discipline.
This is coming whether you like it or not. The first time you miss court you will get warning. The second written. The third will be one day off without pay and so in and so forth. Progressive discipline is coming. Even small infractions will be punishable by time off without pay.
1253am, the matrix is exactly what it say, if you do this you get that, no arguing, no reasoning. Chase someone in a stolen car and they run over someone, you get this, no excuse.

It shows the department punishment system for the non-connected vs the connected. It follows the “Kim Fix” model for the cook county court system.

I once saw a movie named The Matrix, and I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.
The matrix saves you from unequal discipline where people in one district get high discipline for doing the same stuff as people in another district with weakass supervisors afraid to confront dogasses. And it puts the privileged any nonpriviledged on same level.we already hAve a SPAR matrix
