Same exact shooting MO as the shooting on surf and broadway a few weeks ago. Female white walking and a male on a bike rides by and randomly shoots her. I also believe possibly related to the 024th district shootings but who knows. If they have his phone now maybe they can go back and ping his phone on towers on the dates of those homicides to see where it was at.

Your contempt for tnyone who outranks you, or can tell you what to do shows clearly, and is very similar to the average mutt on the street who doesnt like to be told what to do by the police. Funny you should mention it but Waller told dispatcher to make sure fire doesnt take bad guy to hospital with injured officer. They didnt listen.

Car 5 came over the CityWide and stated "take the Offender to LCM to be stabilized and then send him to St. Roger" - say what you will about the"best and the brightest" but Fred W was the working police before he made his climb up the ranks.
He knew what to do... unfortunate that this it what it is, especially in todays society. So the shithead was brought to Christ and nobody likes it, we all know that, but what else could they do? U of C, strike. Blue Island shut down on Friday... Not much trauma left down south...

CFD paramedics do not listen to CPD bosses or dispatchers. They do want they want and follow their directives and policies
