Seems Kidney Bean has a habit of leaving his squad parked in the HQ lot and “loaning” himself cars reserved for exempts parked there. Why would he do that, you ask? To avoid anyone with access to the GPS real-time location of CPD vehicles, for example, Lt Wheezie, from knowing his whereabouts after hours. Convenient to his home for the switch back on the way home. Perhaps there is video of him exchanging the vehicles early Thursday morning?

So much bullshit out here. Simple, officer opened door on Eddie's vehicle, ed was dazed and took off causing a 2 block pursuit. Eddie pulled up at his house and then........ after this my information is in question. 008 commander was nearby, took control of scene. But eddie is officially gone.

Seems Kidney Bean has a habit of leaving his squad parked in the HQ lot and “loaning” himself cars reserved for exempts parked there. Why would he do that, you ask? To avoid anyone with access to the GPS real-time location of CPD vehicles, for example, Lt Wheezie, from knowing his whereabouts after hours. Convenient to his home for the switch back on the way home. Perhaps there is video of him exchanging the vehicles early Thursday morning?

I have to make one comment. When someone resigns while under investigation he can still get his credentials for retirement depending on the nature of the allegation that he's being invested the Gated for. For something like a DUI and leaving the scene that is not going to prevent someone from getting their credentials. Especially since he wasn't charged with that.
It has to be something serious like a rape or official misconduct or selling dope or murder those kinds of things if you resign while the investigation is still ongoing you don't get your credentials

Wrong. The allegation had to be an offense that will likely result in separation, that's it. Rule 14, residency, etc. If you retire before the investigation is complete, you get zip.
