Who the hell does Riccio know? When I was in the academy this guy walked around the place in suit and tie like he owned the place. That was Oct 95. I had no clue who he was back then but just knew by the way he carried himself he was a 'somebody'. He went on from there and from what I can see he hasn't had a bad spot yet. Lol I have since retired.

Then Nagode will slide into the Commander spot as an actor only until Fat Head Ed leaves.

I agree , Chris Kennedy is a complete joke . The guy has never done any actual police work but yet keeps getting promoted. He is the example of why GROOT cannot hire within to lead the Department . GROOT is realizing how incompetent the command staff is from all the merit promotions she has gone to the outside . I hope no one writes on here that Kennedy passed the test ... I’ll throw up !!! For all that have been around a little while ... uncle jimmy ( Patton ) Maurer gave Kennedy and Georgas all the answers to the exam . Believe me when I say this , I worked for Kennedy ... the only time he scores in the top 10 of anything ... is being an ARROGANT ASSHOLE.

Umm, do you know that there are only 4 inspectors....and their rank is Captain so they will just go back to the Districts, there is no "transferring out" LOL. We NEED inspectors but that doesn't matter anymore, civilians are going to and have started to destroy "our" CPD as they have no idea of what the hell is going on, SMFH!!

I am soooooo glad I took 55 and out deal. Got the retirement star and the medical coverage. Packed my bags, sold the house and moved far far away from the Peoples Republic of Illinois.

He never took part two of the Lt's exam because he "told" a few peeps that he was going to be made meritorious didn't have to, he was right!
