About that Shooting
In 011 a few nights ago. We know we didn't cover this, and reviewing the media reports, they didn't cover it either:
- This past week, a Chicago based man who seems to have a history of firearm blunders is now facing some serious charges after an interaction with police had turned into a shooting.
Charges have been filed against a man who was shot in the leg by Chicago police after he allegedly pulled a gun while trying to elude officers that wanted to question him.

Less than two months ago on October 15th, he was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon when he accidentally shot a woman while showing his gun to co-workers at a Wendy’s restaurant in Alsip.
He was out on low bail FOR A GUN CHARGE when he was caught dirty with another gun, pointing it at police, who shot him in the scrotum.
Alsip is in Cook County. So is Chicago. And the States Attorney for Cook County is.....Crimesha! So we guess we have her to thank for this one. Is the FOP making a list of all the criminals she's released of failed to charge that end up committing the same (or worse) crimes? They should be.

The sitting judges in Cook play by Evans music sheet. They agree with the state on all plies. Mostly probation. These judges hear very little cases by jury or bench. A first-year law student can do what they do. They come in at 0900 and are gone for the day after a liquid lunch.
The hanging judges hit the door in the county.

Funny enough, I know very well about the Alsip shooting. This moron shot a co-worker when he was showing off his gun to her and trying to impress her. He dropped the magazine, left one in the chamber and pulled the trigger. Had an Oak Lawn Officer not been right there and put a tourniquet on her, she would’ve bled out for sure. This moron HID the gun afterward and then tried saying that the shot may have come through the drive through window. Evidence showed him running and stashing the gun in the office where it was later recovered.
Anyway, the ASA refused to approve anything other than Agg. UUW because he is an “Indiana resident not allowed to carry in Illinois (no FOID or CCL obviously). Agg. Reckless Conduct, Agg. Discharge and Reckless Discharge were all denied. Then to top it off, the ASA had no answer for “well what would you have approved if she actually died? Apparently because he was sorry and “didn’t mean it” was enough for the state to not want to do anything other than possessing a weapon.
Foxx is useless. It’s literally cases like this that the public doesn’t even hear about because it shows what a failure she is and this ridiculous bond reform garbage. Him being out on bond really did stop him from getting another weapon and doing hood BS in the hood. Good job Foxx. With all the crime information you and others (CWB Chicago) have in your channel feed, I have to laugh at the basic voluntary ignorance in some people. I was listening to a lawyer from Milwaukee, WI, tell others that there is no crime really happening in Chicago. You see, he has one of the "girls" in the office watch wgn 9 news twice a day and since they are not reporting anything like the police cordoning off areas for crime in progress or investigation of crime or any of the things that have been shown (which is a tiny little percentage) that it is not happening.
He also went on to state that they have "ghetto" areas with section 8 in Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay and since those places are not violent that Chicago MUST be the same.
Just wow, I wonder if he will take my offer and ride with us for a week doing calls in the more interesting areas of the city....I don't think I will hold my breath on that one.
