Somehow Nugent thinks that getting some ornamental sign posts in exchange for giving up millions of dollars in TIF money was a good deal.

Despite working a lifetime and supporting a family, when I die my insurance will not pay out anything near $1.2M. And it will only pay out if I die from a 'normal' mode of death, not caused by my own actions (such as drug abuse). Yet time and time again these losers use the gub-mint as their no-premiums incurred life insurance policy that pays out without restriction.

Does anyone remember when before Rahm took over and the Department was fighting these stupid lawsuits? We had the lawyers on the run and the stupid lawsuits were actually starting to decline because nobody was getting easy money anymore! It would make too much sense to go back to that! I wonder why?
