No matter the numbers... bottom line. I won’t shop or eat downtown. It’s too URBAN for me. I don’t ride the trains and completely avoid the south and westside killing fields. Pilsen and brighten park can get ugly too. I don’t feel safe in your city. I d rather avoid problems , then spend years in court defending my LEGAL actions. Scrutinizing the police and buttwhiping the criminal has ruined this place.. same as Baltimore.

In their top five, with Englewood excluded, "Hey Jackass" has all neighborhoods include all or parts of 5 of the 11th District neighborhoods in their murder total. Why don't they call 011 "Garfield Park" instead of lame ass "Harrison"?
Garfield Park lies in the center of 011.
As far as 2019 murders, neither Chicago's other districts, the NYPD (precincts) and the LAPD (divisions) has a station house area that even comes close to 011. It's got to be the bloodiest most violent police station in the nation.
They sure ass hell dont have double digit clearance by arrest!
Lots of expressway murder too not counted.
