Another Crimesha Disaster

So this guy got killed 21 February.

By 24 February, Crimesha's office decided since no confession was forthcoming (he claimed self defense...against an unarmed individual) and they wanted MORE video that might or might not exist, well then, they better RWOC the offender:
  • [Google-me] stressed that charges could still be filed.

“We just normally have 48 hours under the law to question individuals and then, depending on how those interrogations go, information is obtained and shared and now we have to corroborate what he told us,” he said. “And if everything is factual the way he describes it, then he could have a self-defense claim. And if not, he could face charges.”
This despite a number of witnesses stating to detectives that the offender had been tossing gay-slurs around part of the night.

Finally, on 27 February, an arrest warrant was issued.

Remember, this isn't the Detectives fault. They had this one sewn up with plenty of evidence to convict - eyewitnesses, murder weapon, blood evidence, bar video, etc. But the bottom-tier lawyers at Felony Review decided to push that envelope a little bit farther in the name of social justice, not actual justice.

No arrests as of this writing, and we'd imagine the offender is far far from Chicago at this point in time.

Typical. If Fuxx or Evans get voted in again then this city deserves what it gets. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results. Kimmy is no good for this city. She will let this whole place burn down in the name of her bullshit fight on phantom injustices against minorities. I love hearing her latest rant about how 86% of those incarcerated are black or brown. Maybe because they commit the most crime you fucking dipshit!! This moron lived in Cabrini Green yet still had a hard time imagining why there are so many minorities incarcerated compared to whites. Complete idiot.

Warrant issued after the family claimed the stabber yelled gay slurs and the media ran with that. In reality, the victim had been kicked out of Richards for being a problem. The stabber said he was being attacked by victim and two other guys after he walked outside and acted in self defense. The stabber had visible injuries. The people with the victim at Richard’s told completely different stories about what happened. The neutral patrons at Richard’s all told different versions of what happened inside and claimed they didn’t see what happened out front. No video cameras inside or outside of Richard’s. Kim Foxx people must have realized they can’t let a drunk gay guy die from a stabbing and not charge the stabber during Democratic Primary season.

this case was presented as a self defense case. The ”offender” in this was walking out and away when confronted by the “victim”, who started the fight. There was another “witness” who joined in and began to fight. The “offender” pulls out his blade and cuts them both after he gets his arm broken and beaten pretty good. “Victims” brother comes out and puts a good beating on him until the police show up. The “witness” ran away and wasn’t found until later the next day. Had the “victim” not been who he is this case would have gone away as self defense. Now the states attorney is feeling the heat with the election so they’ll charge it so they can claim they care and it’ll be dumped in 6 months.

Will the Cook County States Attorneys Office, more specifically Kim Foxx, accept any responsibility if/when the offender commits any crimes vs. person while he was released per 'their' orders?

Considering the State’s Attorney’s Office won’t give you a warrant unless you’re unable to locate the defendant, I’d say there’s a strong chance he’s in the wind.

So whats the extra evidence that was discovered that helped them to decide to issue the warrant? Discovering that the victim was gay shouldn't be enough.

What an awful shame. I keep trying to explain to outsiders that under this State’s Attorney, offenders have more rights than victims. The media of course does a piss poor job of explaining charging procedures. Outsiders think that arrests, charging etc are entirely in the hands of the police. The average citizen doesn’t understand the function of the State’s Attorney and felony review. They average person also doesn’t realize that the State is protected from wrongful prosecution but police are not. That’s why it’s important to never overstep your boundaries you please an ASA.

Different case.An in custody Case comes in at 4pm on a Friday night. Relocate to the scene and observe security cameras on a business that closed a 5pm for the weekend not to open till 8am on Monday. Security camera if working could've caught the whole incident but now it'll go past the 48hrs to get the footage !!! Of course a duty judge run would be called for however the 48hr rule is restrictive and asinine it should be 72hrs like other departments for reasons like this !

I heard the victims brother on WGN radio with Roe Conn. the brother was articulate and matter of fact. He held the offender for the police, pointed out exactly where the offender threw the knife etc. He handed the police a murderer on a silver platter.
He also said one of the S/A’s he dealt with was rude, ignorant and very unprofessional while the other S/A was decent and more professionsl.
He wasn’t blaming the police but he was slamming Kimmy’s office. He wanted to know what more they could possibly need to charge the murderer..
If this didn’t attract all the attention it did it would’ve been yet another miscarriage of justice by Kimmy and crew.

Election time is approaching.Make sure you get out and vote.

Why is google-me worried about a self-defense claim?? It’s not his job, nor the job of Felony Review to worry about what the defense at trial will be.

She just wants to be able to put on her resume that she had so many convictions. Some cases are difficult to prosecute but leave that determination to either the judge or the jury.

What’s a typical well orchestrated Homicide investigation take, one where all witnesses cooperate, plenty of substantial evidence, sufficient manpower to follow up leads...maybe 8 to 12 hours from arrest report, sups, etc., just to finally reach the favor of felony approval?

A flustered, KmmmFxxxx bridled ASA in a matter of 10 minutes into the probable cause hearing sees the arrestee discharged affordably with a ankle monitor. It’s how KmmmFxxxx 2020 has run the CookCo States Atty Office.

Now y’all polices’ - go find that man again and start the whole process all over again.
They always blame police...and overtime.
Gotta wonder if this is an ASA charade in an attempt to cover KmmmFxxxx’s Let’m Go Justice for Juicy farce.
Show a history of evidence egg hunts, bonds, warrants and hope it something in the preliminaries can show police botched the complaint with a technicality like punctuation and pronouns.

KimmJongFxxxx and TimEvans are both manipulating the process and the law.
Conway...where’s your public corruption expertise?
Not even a whistle blower in 4 years.

Tell that to the social justice seekers who claim that the offender’s dad is a detective, Richard’s is a cop bar, Richards is owned by a cop, the police covered it up, the staff at Richard’s is covering it up and plan to protest the bar at 6pm this Tuesday. Hope the non-cop owner of Richard’s, his “friends” and clientele address these protestors on Tuesday.

There are a couple of cases were shouldn't forget going into the election:

1.) Anis Tungekar - Video captured of this man suffering a round-house kick to the head after a traffic altercation. States Attorney demanded more evidence before allowing charges. The clear as day video somehow wasn't enough. The perpetrator then fled to his home country of China, never to be heard from again.

2.) Tatyanna Lewis - Was smashed against a tree by her romantic rival until she died. Chynna Stapleton was acquitted by a Cook County jury after the defense was able to spin a "this was all a tragic accident" defense. Great job, state's attorney!

Oh please Kim, keep making Jussie Smollet the issue. It plays better to get the races fired-up. These cases above have nothing to do with race and everything to do with an inept prosecutor, in over her head, with hardly a clue in how to deal with the Murder Capitol of America. In fact, all the victims above were minorities. And their killers went free because the states attorney's office is miserable failure. At trial. Pre-trial. CCSA is horrible. "A model for the nation"? Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

The county would be safer without Foxx in office. No doubt in my mind.

The SA office deserves a lot of heat for the way they handle most cases but not this one. Know some of the facts from word of mouth and sounds like witnesses and the brother were not cooperative and everyone giving different stories. Their cooperation may have led to the warrant.
