So the clouted escape with a pension all the low level people could actually be charged with felony's.
Keep in mind that the officer kept the phone sim card for insurance. AND IT WORKED! And that fake crap about the officer letting SPECIAL ED leave the scene was a loser from the GET GO.BUT the LT who grabbed up cameras is a whole other story those video are still under FOIA. So when you hear a reporter asking about why the city isnt releasing FOIA info the special ED case is the one they want.
So Groot's complaint about IG Fergie's slow investigation is disingenuous. There are way too many connected people with hands (and other body parts) way too close to the wringer for this investigation to ever see the full light of day.

What I can't understand is the media's silence in not addressing this issue. Presumably, they read this blog. Has the media - across the board -been co-opted? Are they hesitant to dig into this story because it may result in they being accused of being racist?

There two investigations, if you want to call them that, conducted by the city Inspector General; one into the lieutenant's cheating on the exam and the other into the former Superintendent Eddy Johnson and his antics. Neither of which will ever be made public, at least not in full. They would be explosive, bring connected people down and expose the city and police department for what they are; corrupt. Is there not a lawsuit currently over the exam cheating scandal ?

Because if your investigation results in someone being arrested and charged they have so much time to get it into the court system and the lawyers need your reports as soon as possible in order to mount a prosecution. The only time where you’ll be chased for reports is when the subpoenas start coming in for them and they’re not available, that will catch the attention of supervisors.
Where is Special Ed? Is Special Ed still in US? If Special Ed is overseas, is he in a country with an Extradition Treaty with US?
