Summer Operations Center is formed.
OEMC should not be sending police officers to large street parties within the inner city. Instead they should dispatch the members of the newly formed Summer Operations Center to these events. Employees of Streets & Sanitation, Chicago Park District, Chicago Fire Department , library and other city agencies should respond and negotiate with the peaceful party goers.
They can also register them to vote, complete census forms, apply for Obama phones, link cards and everything other item that the liberal/progressive agenda believes they are entitled too.
Once the employees are exhausted they can join the party.

Several weeks back I happened to catch the light and then a train at 71st and Jeffery Boulevard. I looked around and observed an individual selling narcotics on the corner and saw he was mask less.
Later that day I emailed Alderman Hairston and informed her “that I understand the police are not allowed to make narcotic arrests because State’s Attorney Fox will not prosecute said cases because Governor Pritzker has closed the State crime laboratory. But I find it troubling that the individual selling narcotics was not wearing a mask and therefore endangering the community “.
Her aide responded the following day that they agreed and they would have someone handle the matter.
Then last Thursday I had to go downtown. At 10:10 AM I observed four individuals in their early 20’s on the corner of Lake and Dearborn smoking a blunt and filming themselves.
I have emailed the Mayor and inquiring if the Rule of Law is functioning within Chicago but have not received a reply.

OEMC should not be sending police officers to large street parties within the inner city. Instead they should dispatch the members of the newly formed Summer Operations Center to these events. Employees of Streets & Sanitation, Chicago Park District, Chicago Fire Department , library and other city agencies should respond and negotiate with the peaceful party goers.
They can also register them to vote, complete census forms, apply for Obama phones, link cards and everything other item that the liberal/progressive agenda believes they are entitled too.
Once the employees are exhausted they can join the party.

Why are beat officers getting out their cars? Putting themselves, their families and other cops at risk? Remain in your cars and CALL THE UNION. For crowds that size we need specialized units trained on crowd and riot control, that is a grievance for any beat officer to handle since this is not a standard beat car function. You need teams with the right training and equipment. Like area gang teams, area saturation teams, how about Force Review Unit Officers being on these teams since they well know the correct for to use! Then give these specialized teams the right equipment to handle the crowds and a person from legal affairs or IAD working on these teams. Just like in NATO. Wear the masks, stay in the car and utilize the Union to protect yourself, the people you love and each other
