Sox fan my whole life, my late father brought me up right in Roseland, native and proud South Side roots. I’ve participated in every survey you sent over the past few years. I was so looking forward to finally seeing results from the rebuild. Now I don’t really care. With many others this morning, I am questioning if I want to continue this relationship that I’ve enjoyed for so many years.

I have been to a few games over the years since, only if offered tickets. In the past I accepted the Sox LEO tickets, and promptly gave them to homeless, “community” members, even scalpers.
More recently I’ve pretty much given up on baseball. too long and toooooo boring.

Not to worry. I think MLB is dead this year and will take a long time to come back. The players want a lot of money to play a short season to an empty stadium and they are not going to get it.People are seeing now that they can do without MLB. If they do play, and Las Vegas is actually betting against it, I don't think anyone will watch the games on TV. I used to attend a dozen games a year, but have not gone to the ball park for 5-6 years. High prices and a losing team.

Had to knock off the one social media site I was on...Instagram. The only thing I would look at there was animals: dogs, goofy animal stunts, cute puppies . One shop posted a support police speech to not judge all by one...then she caved to the whole systematic racism by police argument by some dumb shit customer who listed her profession as “artist & bunny afficiando.” The “bunny afficiando” thought me pointing out that 21 mostly black men murdered over the weekend while the police were stretched thin attending to bullshit protests & riots or pointing out biased media reporting on what incidents of police brutality they choose to play was “racist.” The bunny afficiando also stated that the murdering of police officers was okay because a police officer knows what they sign up for. I’m done with this country. Can we just set up a cop retirement village somewhere? Greenland sucks, but I think it sucks enough to keep “bunny afficiandos” and her friends away.
I’m personally tired of seeing so many professionals (supposedly), supporting this hate and vandalism towards the police and our city. They should really be ashamed of themselves.
