I’m not a marine biologist but by investigating the sample data it’s safe to say that the highest murders take place in the most African American communities. It’s obviously this is a result of Police savagely rounding blacks up and executing them on the spot. No other rational explanation. I think we need more police accountability and section 8 housing.

The highest number of homicides occurs in black and brown communities per this map.
Also, those districts have the largest number of police assigned per capita.
Maybe the police are causing the community members to kill each other. There is a direct correlation, after all. Let’s greatly reduce the number of officers in those areas and see what happens. It’s the only way to disprove the BLM narrative that police presence is a problem. Let’s see how any beat in 11 does with the same number of marked squads as are assigned to beat 811, for example (one) - which has zero homicides.

Ironically, the areas of the city with little to no homicides are the ones that are the ones with the least amount of police manpower. Soooo, if we want to lower homicides in those cluttered areas we should decrease the police presence. No sat teams, gang enforcement, surge missions, redeployed tac teams, etc. Right??? Because the police are the problem.
Imagine the riots when they find the officer in minneapolis not guilty. I wish we could go back to much simpler times like last summer when all we had to worry about was the humboldt park 20 foot long alligator and gator bob bumbling around in his boat.
The districts with the most homicides seem to be the smallest districts, yet have the most police resources. Maybe, just Maybe, the merit district commanders of those districts should be demoted since they can’t seem to do their job?
Or maybe that f*cking idiot, Eric Carter, should be demoted, since he seems to know everything and is a legend in his own mind, yet we are still up to our ass in homicides.
Maybe bring in someone who has actual knowledge instead of all of our leaders who were promoted because of clout.
