Well, I can see where we are short. We have tact and outside units in 011 down on "narcotics" surveillance constantly. Then they lock up one or 2 juveniles with a couple of rocks, stay down for hours with 10 plus people in the arrest report. Waste of time, manpower, and money.
I really liked the 2215hrs announcement last night that everyone was extended for 4 hours, followed less than an hour later with the announcement that the extension is cancelled. Just stellar planning all around.
Get a load of this scc. Getting told your 4th is cancelled and you will work from 1730 to 0230hrs at the minimum. Problem is, is that you have officer wellness at 0700 hrs on the 5th and that the command staff will not reschedule you. Thanks for screwing over 3rd watch officers per usual. All because the command staff doesn’t want to take any heat for an officer being excused from training.
