Didn’t people have their RDO canceled on 31Oct20? AND, had their tours extended to 12 hrs? Plus, if you’re start time was adjusted and late enough, daylight savings time changed, adding an extra hour. So on Sunday, on a 39 degree day, after some people had two RDO’s canceled including a 12 hr+ day, you want numbers, even though you’re not a numbers guy? I worked for Hoover when he was a Sgt many years ago in 005. He was not a numbers guy, from what I can remember he was a good Sgt. I am genuinely surprised by this note. I guess things change. I bumped into him in 018 over the summer, so I know it’s the same Hoover.

I do recall that incident. I used to work with a detective that left me alone so he could attend the hockey games as he had a season seat. I covered for him. Then, he made sergeant and came back to the unit. How things changed. Now, he was all by the book
