- You want to see entitled. Look at arrest in 009 yesterday. Offender shot himself in the leg on a traffic stop. The offender is a convicted felon for car hacking Tribune driver. However when you look at his rap sheet he has no convictions. Then when interviewed by detectives he stated that kim foxx is his aunt. And she was expunging his felon convictions.
Crimesha can't (legally) expunge records on her own, though we don't doubt she'd love to have that power, but the CCSA Office is part of the process.

The CCSA office does not play a big role in expungements. The City where the arrest was and ISP are the main players. If it smells like BS and sounds like Bs...........

I'm not sure if Trump will have enough time to overturn the results, but if they don't investigate properly, the Democratic party is going to go into free fall. MSM has lost all credibility and it has spawned a slew of new up and coming on-line networks with journalists with morals and integrity.

Down the stretch the Dems had two themes: Systemic Racism and Trump's mishandling the Coronavirus. The DNC sent the memo that systemic racism and defund the police is not to be uttered again. Now all they have is Coronavirus and going off of what Groot and FatAss are doing they are really playing it up. Fear machine is in overdrive and they need that message to resonate just in case Trump starts winning again.

American votes go through Spain (servers) and back to the US. Dominion is Canadian firm. The internal mechanisms is made by China.

The process of expungement starts with Corrupt Cook County Clerk (DorThief Browns) Office...who put forth many Expungement Fairs and from the site, its Free No Fee until Jan 2022....in these challenging times. Then there’s the review process and Cook Co does this quickly they say in a day to 2 weeks (that’s faster than a Misd. UUW case) before it goes before a judge to toss out or seal the records. Reminder - It was the Clerk of Court Dorthief Browns court clerks that “accidentally” sealed the Juicy Swolls case file after the judge agreed with KmmFxxxUp to drop the entire thang after several exhausting months of investigating.

1. Notify the Feds of this right away, so they can charge him with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
2. File a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission on her law license. The more complaints, the more reason they have to start their investigation of her games.
3. She cannot expunge ANYTHING by herself; that takes a judge issuing an expungement order. So if she's caught purging the SA's files, that's Official Misconduct. Again.
Well, I am no fan of "nothing to prosecute here" Foxx. But just because a thug says he is related to her does not make it so. This IS Chicago and the bad guy might just be playing the clout game. As we all know, these guys DO lie. Anyone know for sure?

CCSA plays a major role in expungement since they are the office who originally prosecuted and secured the conviction. The only role local police and isp play is releasing fingerprints/rap sheet to be filed with petitioners request. Once petition is filed the judge makes either an automatic finding to grant the petitioners expungement/sealing or if the CCSA objects then they must appear in court and give basis for objection. Judge will make final decision. Local police/ISP not a part of the court process. Once expungement granted there is nothing to run because all records will be destroyed. Sealings, the records are there but with limited access depending on the reason and agency.
I've observed many court calls dealing with expungement/sealings at multiple courthouses and attended many seminars offered on the subject.
Time to get a copy of the body cam so we can hear this fine young man tell us all about his wonderful auntie.

ISP plays no role in the expungment process until the end when they get the court order. The ccsao and a judge willing to sign off on the expungment order is all you need. The shithead himself doesnt even need to be present, he could sign the paperwork or most likely someone from the CCSAO signed for him and got a politically connected judge (almost all are) to sign off on it.
