Ban Guns is the cry from the left.
Enforce existing gun laws is the retort from the right.
A federal judge in Indianapolis has given probation to a straw purchaser tracked down by law enforcement because he bought one of the guns used in the brutal 2021 murder of 7-year-old Jaslyn Adams in a Chicago McDonald’s drive-thru lane.
Straw purchasers use their relatively clean criminal records to buy firearms for people who can’t legally buy them.
Eric Keys Jr., 25, admitted to federal agents that he’d purchased a Glock .40-caliber pistol that was later used to kill Jaslyn on April 18, 2021. He said he bought it for himself but sold it to someone he identified as “D.” Keys also said “D” gave him $750 to buy a Taurus 9 mm pistol.
Of course, when the president's son can get away with lying on a Form 4473, why shouldn't a straw purchaser get probation from a Sparklefarts judicial appointee?

Yep, the cancer continues to spread. The best you can hope for is that’s it’s somewhat reasonably contained while you finish serving your CPD prison sentence. Then run like hell from that shithole of a state like a lot of us have, asap.
And at this very moment, the ATF is looking to throw people in prison for 10 years for having a piece of plastic on their gun. I do want to thank the Democrats for turning me into a gun owner, however.

How about this the city clerk is giving the city key cards out for identification at every event thousand of illegals are getting them and that gives them the right to vote even though not citizens! Randy Weaver was eventually acquitted of the SBS charge as it was proven the BATFE agents entrapped him.
During the Boer Wars in South Africa, the Boers did not have the facilities to house British Prisoners of War. Instead of executing them, the Boers amputated their trigger fingers and released them. This could work here.
