Illinois State Police and Chicago cops arrested after the group’s
getaway car crashed on Tuesday morning on the Eisenhower Expressway west of downtown.
The first thing we’ve learned is that charges have only been filed against one of the four people. Another thing we’ve learned is that the one who did get charged is just 14 years old.
Chicago police said the boy is charged with 12 counts of armed robbery with a firearm for a 45-minute crime spree he participated in before getting arrested.
Anyone know what mayor BJ is claiming this child has been deprived of?
A good old fashioned ass-whuppin' is in the cards, right?

Went out the other day with a few retired coppers and we all agree the job has changed, and traffic stops are the rare exception, why put yourself, your family,your freedom in jeopardy?You get p[aid well either way!

The only thing that will slow down this crime spree is the potential victims shooting back.
Bring back the upgrade to adult charges. Nothing sends a message and cuts down on crime like seeing 15 year old repeat offenders getting 10-30 year sentences for armed robbery with a firearm. Of course that would also mean the ASAs approving the upgrade, but that’s another post.

Concealed carry holders need to start using their weapons to protect themselves. They are not held to the same standard as police. “I was in fear for myself/my family...” Any good shoot will immediately be represented by the NRA if law makers try to go after the concealed carry holder.

Not likely anymore. Since CCL was put into effect here in 2014 we saw CCLs taking the hurt to criminals in 2016 & 2017 but word got around to responsible armed citizens that the deck is stacked against them (legally and tactically). Many CCLs have moved out of the city and county. Dude Inc knows that residents of West Town, Lakeview, Lincoln Park and Logan Square don’t believe in defending themselves with firearms thus these neighborhoods have become their new hunting ground.
Lefty Johnson continues to fuel the crime problem and is aided and abetted by the media, the selected elements of the community and the socialist democrats who are in lockstep with Lefty.
