It would have been truly amusing if they chose peach and brown to shade the map.
Remember, you must provide police services without any bias or favor based on race, creed, color, or (in these cases) mental defect. No matter how defective these liberals are!

Oh my...I just made an interesting discovery by looking at that map. Maybe I'm late to the game but the map of Chicago looks almost exactly like the state of California! (Scratching my head) Why didn't I notice the resemblance before?
A few years ago Blockclub Chicago was soliciting people to join their site. I had gotten 3 or 4 letters from “neighbors” claiming to be from the xxxx block of w. xxxxxx or the xxxx of n. xxxxxx. In each case the person claimed the were a neighbor and just used a first name or sometimes with an initial. Well with all the ways you can look up a name with data mining sites, real estate records I could never find those names listed in the blocks that they said they lived in. The push was we could trade neighborhood information about each other to come together as a community. Someone that I know signed up and made some conservative comments whereupon they were attacked. They stopped using the site.
Endorsements didn’t mean anything in this runoff. Once BJ made it about race, he won. Vallas was too nice and took the high road and that obviously didn’t help.

Great map. I have seen it before. I look at it when I see the bucktown residents on the news complain that their dad/husband getting shot in a carjacking and complain that 'crime is out of control." They are correct, but they voted for it. Puts it all in perspective and my compassion evaporates. there is also info available about who voted for Kim Fox in her 2nd run, which is more fitting, because it was Fox against the Republican (O'Brien).
I was surprised that some of the downtown areas actually voted for O'Brien for the 2020 Cook Co. States Attorney election

Hysterical. But very likely not far from the truth. I no longer sit on committees as I’m retired, but they spend your money like drunken sailors on leave just to feed the POs at committee meetings of which they average a dozen a month. Not to mention the cards they all have to expense leased vehicles, fuel, food stipends, dry cleaning etc. All paid by your dues. I remember Treasurer Al B. charging meals and drinks for a whole group of guys from 011 at the DC Police Memorial in the 90s sometime on an FOP card. Seems things haven’t changed.
The blue area of the map also indicates areas of actual tax revenue.
Homeowners, city sticker buyers, water bill compliance, and a lot of families in the blue area send their kids to private school.
It's those yellow areas that suck the resources out of the city and vote for those that will allow them continue to live that way.
Look at national county by county map after a presidential election. It looks similar except the sea of red is better connected....
If you want to win, you have to adapt. It's not a fair game anymore. You had better start getting out door to door, block by block and collecting votes. Hold those out of the count, make them spill the beans first. If they don't know what they need they'll get stupid sloppy and you have them....

The sad part is only 30-35% of the cities population voted in the runoff.

Funny that the map shows the area just south of the Stevenson Expressway and west of Cicero ave. for Johnson. Leclaire Courts Housing complex was demolished in 2011 and the land has been vacant since then. Ghost voters? Where are the feds to conduct voter fraud investigations? Oh thats right, our justice department has been politicized. Banana Republic.
Vallas lost because he hitched his wagon to Catanzara and his bogus PAC. The FOP PAC has been an epic failure just like all the rest of Catanzara's scams. Look at the north side on that map. Affluent libs voted Johnson too. 40% of white voters voted for him. North side lakefront did it. It’s actually a fairly conventional Democrat coalition in 2023. Normal, middle visas families are getting rare, especially in cities.
Liberals will always vote for a person of color but will immediately call someone racist for voting for a white person.
While the 41st Ward went nearly 80% for Vallas, Trump received approximately 52% of the presidential vote in 2020. My three generation police family has been in Edison Park since 1963 and I’ve only started to see some odd changes in the last ten years that might account for this. A proliferation of “little lending libraries”-they look like pastel colored bird houses-in front of homes. These same homes often display the homosexual banners or even BLM posters in front windows. Anyone with any sense no longer looks at Edison Park or it’s three neighbors-Edgebrook, Norwood Park and Oriole Park-as viable places to buy a home and raise a family-except for city or CPS employees! It’s my belief these are CPS teachers driving this metamorphosis. As always, FREE DEREK CHAUVIN!

Your first mistake is believing fake polls disseminated by a fake media.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the real numbers were Trump 75% and FJB at 25%.
If you look at the runoff election, Lori Lightfoot won most all of the yellow on that map. Johnson was close behind, in numbers but Johnson's supporters were mainly on the North Side – in neighborhoods such as Rogers Park, Edgewater, Uptown and Logan Square. He also had many supporters in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Those are the only areas Johnson won in the primary. In the general election Johnson won the aforementioned areas plus all of the areas Lightfoot won.
The map supports the theories? Are you paying attention? I don’t need a map to tell me what I see every day.
