Good Riddance
This Soros-backed DA tried to railroad half-a-dozen Baltimore PD Officers following the death of a prisoner. She lost three trials and dropped charges in the other three after a half-assed and incompetent investigation.
Then she proceeded to commit fraud:

suffering financial hardship during the coronavirus to take money from
her retirement savings in order to buy a pair of properties in Florida
worth $1 million.
After deliberating for about five hours, a federal jury found Mosby guilty of two counts of perjury.
The jury’s verdict means Mosby, who served two terms as Baltimore’s chief prosecutor, faces up to 10 years in prison at sentencing, which has not been scheduled. Though it’s unlikely a judge would impose the maximum punishment for Mosby, the conviction all but ensures she’ll be stripped of her law license.
She wasn't using it anyway....she probably got it via fraud.

Mayor BJ could easily soon be in serious trouble too. BJ's personal and campaign finances appear questionable, with many violations likely. He concurrently collected three payrolls at one time, has murky mayoral campaign finance records, has extensive scofflaw payment-history on accrued governmental fines and fees. But for his POC status, his extremely close affiliation w/CTU would be intensely scrutinized by Fed law enforcement, those enormous CTU campaign contributions clearly a conflict-of-interest if not outright bribe.
So if a P.O. or detective gets indicted on something and his cases get dismissed because of the fall out, shouldn’t a DA/prosecutor also have any of their convictions overturned???? Hmmmmm?

The state says that the counties don't have the ability to decide on whether or not to charge someone "in violation" of this unconstitutional law.
