A Texas-based bus company is suing Chicago, alleging discrimination in a city ordinance that controls where buses can and can’t drop off passengers.
Wynne Transportation, which has brought migrants from Texas to Chicago, filed lawsuit in federal court in Chicago. The company says the city’s rules interfere with interstate commerce.
The mayor’s office said the city doesn’t comment on pending litigation.
So money that could be spent elsewhere, won't be.

Proof why activists can not be elected or hired for any job within government. Once they take that job they are the government, they can and will be sued for their decisions. And I wouldn't doubt for a second, that this guy is sweating because he knows the day is coming where elected officials are going to be treated like the police have been treated.
And its high time, they have long past that line where their qi still matters. The whole idea of qi for elected officials is tyrannical.
So mayor conehead wants to sue the bus companies bringing illegals to Chicago. Now a bus company evidently found an enterprising lawyer willing to sue Chicago claiming discrimination and interference with interstate commerce, which if I recall is a violation of a section in the U.S. Constitution. Best of luck to Waynne Transportation in its suit against Chicago; even though the residents will ultimately be on the hook if there’s a payout.

Every of the many opportunities to exercise any or all of our Constitution's enumerations includes judicially reasserting their validity/value/potency.
Each case has a valuable result, either reaffirming our Constitutional Rights, or revealing those judiciary/legislative/executive/governments' who are contemptuous of said Rights.
Sovereign States are, being of many under the Constitutional Republic of same, held accountable by our judiciary via cases. Whether civil or criminal, any unconstitutional law is only effectively rendered null and void by this process.
Even when taxpayers' monies are spent by feckless governments to defend their unconstitutional acts, still, these cases are needed to both expose the cretins, illuminate the unaware within our populace, reassert our Constitutional Rights, reaffirm/reinforce the value thereof, and maintain/restore our nation to it's fundemental foundations.

The ordinance’s implementation restricts access of certain foreign born individuals to the city. If you want to play the game, these “asylum seekers”fleeing the “persecution”of their home countries wishing to travel to Chicago are “not allowed “ to leave said vehicles against their will at their destination.

I don’t know what court has jurisdiction over this. Hopefully not county, I don’t know if they’re only for criminal. Even if it’s state it might be questionable whether they’ll do the right thing. If they override this ordinance I can’t wait to see the flood gates opened, especially near the convention.

Plus, a promotion to sergeant means jack shit to Larry. So only reasonable explanation would be phone calls were made when certain names weren't listed as initially promised. So revisions were made and now they will be.
Conehead is in the hospital now, having another panic attack, and waiting for Stacey Davis Gates and Preckwinkle to tell him what to do next after this act of genius has failed. Snelling made it clear that anyone who didn't submit a diverse group for merit would have all of their choices rejected. Some didn't think he was that stupid and had all of their choices ignored. This is giving them another chance to get on board the diversity train.

Now Greyhound charges from $136 & up per person from Laredo to Chicago, which means since the Texas buses return empty, the cost is about $270 total, per trip, meaning the bus companies are making a staggering profit of $1430 per trip, per person, or $71,500 per trip total.
Now exactly how much of that profit is going to Abbott's reelection fund & how much is going to his bank accounts in the Grand Caymans?

How did you get promoted to the rank of LT with your lack of situational awareness? This is how it's always been. Just look at the newly minted sergeants, some are sent straight to a tact team, some right to CAPS or task forces. ZERO watch experience. Then they are promoted to LT and straight into another secret squirrel unit. CPD is more corrupt than the Juarez Mexico police department.

News flash, driving an empty bus means no profit, which is why the bus company is getting that price. Insurance? Fuel? Maintenance? Driver? Pay the driver and give it benefits? How about a payment on that bus...the licensing needed to operate? CPS grad I am assuming you are because that's some fuzzy fucking math and no understanding of a business model.
