Extensive Corruption
Blogs are providing far more accurate news than mainstream media is nowadays.
Here's another example with Uptown Update completely scooping so-called "investigative reporters":
As the above photo (taken recently by a friend) illustrates, Helen Shiller is right behind Angela Clay, "counseling" Ms. Clay (who she has been grooming for years) and acting as shadow alderman. And in a brazen move straight out of her Wilson Yard and kitchen renovation playbook, she's trying to kill Uptown's decade-long renaissance by sticking a curfew free men's homeless shelter directly in the middle of the Wilson Avenue business district.
Oh, and she's using $4.5 million dollars in local taxpayer TIF funds, killing two businesses, and bolstering old supporters at JPUSA at the same time. A Shiller-Clay win-win-win-win!
Uptown Update caught a meeting of current aldercreature Clay of PPP fraud fame. at a clandestine breakfast meeting with her predecessor alderwitch Shiller. they then draw obvious conclusions regarding some current legislation pending that the community doesn't want, but Shiller does - along the lines of yet another homeless shelter in an area that already has five times the number of any other single ward.
But what is really interesting is the comment section and the info contained within. Seems someone has done a bunch of homework and...
- located more PPP fraud by aldercreature Clay,
- PPP loans to the son of aldercreature Sawyer,
- four loans to Melissa Ervin, wife of an aldercreature and office holder,
- some guy named Brandon Johnson doing business under an assumed name at the same location as alderwitch Shiller's son
Amazing what a little bit of digging can turn up.

For the last year, every meeting I've attended with ANYONE employed by the City of Chicago, I run their name to see if they got a PPP loan. That tells me in 10 seconds what kind of person I'm dealing with. Aviation, Business Affairs, Education, CPD, CDOT, everyone. And look at the banks who are coordinating these loans. Cross River Bank? Never heard of them until I started looking at PPP loan recipients. Here's hoping you all get indicted.
Ask J-Rat what he knows about PPP loan fraud. I’m sure he’ll be happy to tell you. Hell, he probably already has.

Hey those TIF funds could be used to help to prevent the downsizing occurring in the Chicago Fire Department as reported in SCC’s preceding story “20% Operational”. Those leeches in Uptown have been sucking the well dry for decades.
The connections in that Uptown story are truly something.
Back in April there was a DEA task force working the far North lakefront. One of the undercovers was posing as homeless. Not hard to pull off as he graduated from Brother Rice.Story i was told is that operative for A campaign literally bribed him to vote and it was all caught on camera.
Federal agencies involved in investigation are FBI, DEA, IRS, SBA IG. Undercover is CPD and the City IG is cooperating with federal prosecutors. Now will they move on it soon? Not unless they change their sloth like nature of investigating.
Big issue with federal prosecutors is they're exceptionally slow. Only gets worse in a case with multiple targets. They treat every public corruption case like it's John Gotti. When in fact this is simple grifting done by computer mouse. Make a few arrests and shake the tree. Letting corrupt officials stay in office is costly. Look at the crap the Dolton mayor is pulling.
Maybe there's more to it like direct CTU involvement. CTU is as ready for an audit as the FOP. Don't hold your breathe. Unless mainstream media picks this up.
And nothing will come of it.

I worked in Uptown for 12 years. It was an excellent place for human cast offs to reside from decent areas all around Chicago and burbs. Fun too.
The government can and will destroy your business or neighborhood in an instant. Go to new buffalo on any weekend, middle class, maybe upper,whites abound. 70% of the plates are Illinois. Why, they afraid of something?
Now if we can only get a partial law enforcement group to charge these alleged criminals 🤔

I'd like to see a breakdown by race and sex of the PPP loan offenders. But the corrupt media would never do such a thing. I wonder what the percentage of PPP loan scammers is in the big blue cities, and again by race, as compared to the rest of the country. Hope they all get hammered, including Conehead and company.
But let's face it karma just doesn't do it's job, if it did all the crooked dems and rinos past and present would be in prison for life.
