Johnson's Johnson Exonerated
Special Ed's schlong is free to roam the streets again:
A federal judge Wednesday tossed a sexual harassment lawsuit which revolved around the 2019 scandal that led to the firing of former Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson.
Officer Cynthia Donald had alleged that Johnson subjected her to unwanted sexual advances, abuse and harassment for more than three years while Johnson served as the city’s top cop. She said Johnson forced himself on her, sent her nude photos, made sexual comments and took advantage of his position of power.
But in a 20-page opinion Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Elaine Bucklo wrote that Donald’s evidence fell short and granted summary judgment sought by Johnson and the city.
“The basic problem with Donald’s claim is that virtually all the evidence of her conduct suggests that she welcomed and was an active participant in her relationship with Johnson,” Bucklo wrote.
Active, willing and certainly hoping to score one of those "merit" promotions that fulfilled the "...who you blow" portion of the "qualifications."

I wasn’t a fan of Eddie Johnson but I’m glad this ended up this way. Screw her for trying to play that game after the deck of cards started falling.
There are hundreds of other females on cpd doing the same thing with different supervisors.
It’s disgusting and everyone involved needs to be terminated.

I’m not Police but maintain monumental respect. When my home was broken into, you guys caught him later based upon my cooperation. You successfully tied him to 11 other break ins. I was the only one to sign a complaint…AND I showed in court with pictures, evidence of values from jewelers, evidence of values from electronic stores, furniture stores, estimates from contractors to repair damage etc. punk got 3 years, released early, then 10 days later, re-arrested for the same crime.
As an observer From the outside looking in at CPD, I have an idea that some may have already undertaken. Some true veterans of CPD need to gather with a full rack of beer or whatever cocktail loosens your lips in the presence of a profession script writer. Make a movie, in the format of serious and tragic or make it National Lampoons style.
So many of you went years without a contract. You are routinely subjected to judgement by those who have not, don’t and won’t serve. Make a FEATURE FILM and get the friggin money! Then walk away secure in your future and safely offer those that judge you, in capital letters the BIG VERB and appropriate pronoun!

It seems that this has been a common practice within the CPD, going back decades. A women enters into an affair with a supervisor, willingly. She takes advantage of all that this type of relationship brings, and she ignores the fact that she or the supervisor or both are married. Then things go bad and she claims sexual harassment and coercion and wants to sue. The lady claims that she had no choice but to blow her supervisor as she was afraid for her " career".

I have seen this claim many times over the years. These office chairs do not seem to be female friendly.

So true! It’ll happen next with the new Chief of patrol as he’s screwing his Admin Sgt V, both married but she’ll sue and say she was forced Hahaha. Can’t wait until that lawsuit is filed. Way to go Chief and Sgt V!!!

Like so many before her, this young lass sought the counsel and advice of a well respected, experienced and senior level leader. Armed with countless hours of counsel and advice, the young lass showed immediate promise while "earning" a number of promotions. All of these promotions were based on her abilities and willingness to handle Johnson's large and often aroused staff. As is often the case, her mentor , counselor and confidant experienced a number of public and high profile failures. So egregious were the failures, the tutor was ultimately publicly flogged and fired. The public revelation of these failures were so shocking, said young lass literally and figuratively fell out of her chair and seriously injured herself while at work. The young lass, sought justice via the judicial system. The transparency of her actions were further and also publicly revealed and were met with swift justice. All that remains for the young lass is a very bitter taste in her mouth.
