Forget 'citations' - they're not going to pay, they're not going to show up for court. A simple application of MACE to the affected area will do wonders to stop that bullshit from reoccuring.

So when he re-offends will he given 48 months probation and an order to get a BA degree at Chicago State University?
So a 45 year old unaccomplished slug who should have been sentenced to the slammer, skates . Keep electing Democrats if you want your city to decline even more than it has.
And SCC the trick to riding the CTA is to use the weed first, then you don’t smell the homeless ass.

We all know how it is riding the anov get a couple you’re OK get a few you’re a hero and you get your benefits not gonna say what it is in a public blog but we know what they are especially when you’re working special employment. What about priorities for all the people that are getting savaged, beaten, shot killed. How about some thing about the eight robberies yesterday on the northside within one hour one hours time eight robberies anybody caught there or is it going to be the typical tagline detectives are investigating! This is what they are happy about smokers getting wow this is just incredible incredibly stupid and they actually put this out as a news release. Stupidity is at the top of its game and the Chicago Police Department but then again when you look at Larry who is a gym teacher turn superintendent clueless. By the way, where is that first deputy the one we don’t have or is Fred Waller taking that salary and there’s no more room in the budget? Where is Waldo at? Will that be the Chicago Way ghost pay rolling? How many times they have been caught up city employees using that tactic? Not just them but other political office is also where they’re getting paid for. Doing nothing?
I guess that, since there’s no prosecution anymore, no one‘s going to jail unless they are a innocent let’s say a concealed carry holder that does what is necessary they will prosecute them to the fullest, but the animals, the savages that keep doing everything nothing happens to them! If you haven't noticed the anti-white narrative has been a consistent talking point for a while now.
I gave up on the el when they stopped letting you smoke on the platforms. There was no faster way to get a train to arrive than lighting a cigarette you'd have to immediately discard before boarding.
Of course now there are much bigger health risks associated with riding the el.

New to the area and was planing to take the El downtown to do some shopping. Maybe I’ll take an Uber and go out to a suburb to shop instead.
One of the mysteries of my life is that we have gone from smoking tobacco anywhere is ok to tobacco is evil. Smoking marijuana has gone from being evil to ok to smoke anywhere. Weird times.
I usually don't smell the weed homeless ass because of the overpowering smell of urination and defecation. Nothing like a "piss train" or a "poop train" to make the commute memorable.
The smell of weed and homeless ass are hallmarks of Chicago. From Maggie Daley Park to the Malignant Mile, to media newsrooms, to the 77 neighborhoods and to city hall the smell of weed and shit permeates this city. Brandumb and the city hall mob are intoxicated with these smells. The pungent odors drive them wild and ensures the weed and shitty smells continue to make Chicago swirl even further down the toilet.
Has there ever been a more useless unit than Mass Transit?

Kind of like when you drive by the Sanitary district drying pits on 55 on a hot humid day.
