ISP PPP Scandal?
That's a lot of abbreviations in the title:
- Heard from a friend allot of command high ranking ISP including the commander of Internal affairs just resigned because he is caught in the PPP scandal.
What is the chance of you guys to stop covering for employees on fraudulent PPP loans?
Are they ever going to suspend / fire those 20 or 30 OEMC employees?
Or the numerous CPD exempts who created "security companies" and beauty salons with single employees, namely themselves?

Out of the 46 total at OEMC (police dispatchers/call takers) half of them resigned and the other half now are supposedly being axed by the 15th. No word on their operation going to two 12hr shifts as of now. They’re trying to train the new influx of employees but they’re cramming in 6 months of training in a few weeks causing half of them to quit or fail out. So it appears Trotter’s Church Peoples remain and nothing changes. Of course.
The Chicago Way.
From what I’ve heard, the OEMC employees connected to the PPP loans are all on the police side, and they’re all aware that they’re as good as fired. They’ve even hired some replacements and found out after the fact that they’re also involved in fraudulent PPP loans. The bosses don’t know what to do because they have no power over the dispatchers anymore since they know they’re fired regardless.
I'd love to see the demographics of that scandal!
Make them pay it back and put them in prison.
Well, Yolanda Tally… Let’s hope this is the beginning of the end… You are extremely incompetent, unprofessional, very hard to look at… But mostly, you’re just a disgrace.
ISP? That’s gotta be small potatoes compared to CPS bosses? Anyone investigating that?
fire them all! anyone stupid enough to commit fraud like that needs a swift kick out the door, especially the fat, useless, star chasing, side pieces at OEMC. Oh you losing your job honey? maybe you can marry one of the cops you've been "dating", oh wait, he's married already LOL
Some never let a fabricated crisis go to waste.
These are their stories.
“ What is the chance of you guys to stop covering for employees on fraudulent PPP loans?”
Answer: Plausible Deniability
That be raciss if you fire all those peoples
They needed the money just print more and spread that stuff around
As a young officer several times I was told I was a criminal but the only difference is that the badge makes things I do legal. I would get offended by those comments. I guess for some people this is a fact. My last 6 years I lost respect for every STUPIDVISOR there is and this shows.
no chicago reporters want this easy investigation? Losers, right Cuck
That reminds me, I am overdue for a manipedi.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
soon as they find a white person who is not politically connected then that person will be arrested, and his/her picture shown on the liberal news stations everyday
Many Chicago, police department, exempt, rank idiots, but they are also exempt from prosecution. Apparently the Attorney General for United States to do nothing clown was just here yesterday, talking about Chicago crime. He will do nothing about it but he could start at the top down. Start locking up these people even the top ranks that quickly retired lock them up show by example

You can probably guess. But of course it would be racist to even ask such a question.
Just give them their well earned reparations.

Do any of you old timers remember operation exile?
Back in the 90s the feds had a major push to address gang gun crime. Very simple, felons who were gang associates caught with guns got prosecuted by the feds and then, this is where the exile comes in, sent to prisons as far away from their home turf as possible. They also had kinda of a lottery where they randomly picked just picked random felon in possession cases and sent them off too.
At the time just being a felon with a cartridge was good for five years per bullet.
It actually had an effect, but you know the demographics of those sent away, so it wouldn’t fly today. You know the old story, with the father in prison who’s going to provide the needed guidance to his many children. “A boy needs a father,”
Back during the housing meltdown of 2008, scores of homes in my 'hood got foreclosed on. Several flippers were active or retired ISP. The houses turned over quickly, got shitty upgrades, and sold back to questionable buyers at exorbitant prices that were well above market value. These transactions would happen and be settled in a matter of days instead of weeks or months, whereas none of us actual homeowners could move our property at any price.
From foreclosure to buyer, it was like it was some sort of pipeline.
I can find anything that says it’s illegal to file for a one person LLC.
ISP here, can't say for ALL of them, but many had actual side jobs and businesses their own banks gave them the paperwork to fill out. DII got involved because they assumed it was the worst (which it certainly sounds bad), but thankfully, with exception to possibly 2 subjects, most were all cleared due to proper documentation. Are there a few scumbags probably out there doing something they shouldn't? Probably, feds and DII will sort it out hopefully.
No commander to my knowledge resigned, that is fake news. Most just hit their 28th year with the new contract so they left ASAP after contract ratification, well that's what my coffee group heard when we got gas last shift. Hope that helps!
It was government money so no problem. Even though they had good jobs, good benefits, job for life with no accountability and good pensions they wanted ‘no’. Like to see an FOIA on their emails back and forth sharing the detail on how to submit the on-line request for the PPP.
To qualify for a $20,000 PPP loan they had to report they earned over $100,000 from their business. Didn't know a one person beauty salon or security gig was so lucrative.
Hmm how about first deputy carter and his dj medical dream wife who quickly retired are the feds up yet? That 5 A.M. knock needs to be done soon lock em up, lock em all up!
Don’t forget about the Department of Aviation Security. There are
28 of those POS that have PPP fraud loans.
Wasn't Carter involved in this?
Something tells me the optics of this won’t allow the scammers to be fired. Also, media would bury it as it would disrupt the narrative, unless the perpetrators vote conservative of course. Scum media.
The Feds need to shake down headquarters…..
I guarantee you gonna get at least 200 employees that was involved….

Cmon now. Common knowledge the former commander of DII DB left last month. Took a sole proprietor loan for a fake construction company. $20,000. There are a lot more state employees that filed fake loans. The raises aren't until July. Everyone that scammed the system should be fired and do penitentiary time.
Speaking of scandals. The department puts Sgt. King from 007 Caps as the women's face for CPD. This sergeant used recruits to move furniture at her house during Covid, stole evidence from bulk storage to pass out at Caps events. Not to mention, last summer, her relative was stopped at a beach checkpoint and would subject to a bag search. A handgun was found and the person was arrested and brought to 002. She showed up to 002 off-duty, walked into the tact office and uncuffed the prisoner. She walked the prisoner into the hallway and told them not to say anything.
Allegedly, there is a open CR but not stripped and plaster her face as the pride of CPD.

You can blame Jimmah Carter & Willie Jeff Clinton for those questionable buyers with their Community Reinvestment Act that forced banks to give loans to slugs who otherwise wouldn’t qualify for a loan because of their shit credit. Lending standards were in place for a reason, but democrat politicians are always looking for an opportunity to divide and destroy the country.
This is Chicago, so corruption, fraud and deceptive practices are legitimate and tolerated by BJ and his administration. The media and their Editorial Board see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. It's the Chicago media's code of ethics. BTW: They modeled it after the City Hall's code of ethics.
I believe the 311 center also had up to 20 civie employees who had their hand in the cookie jar too which explains why they are hiring for up to as many open spots right now. Wish more families living in the outskirt neighborhoods would encourage their family members to apply there or at OEMC maybe they can change the toxic anti police rayse baiting “church peoples” culture and make it functional and efficient again.

Respectfully, saying common knowledge is also like the same person saying "they know a guy" during the rumor mill chats. Everyone knows something or someone on the inside, but I suggest not saying it as a matter of fact until it may or may not be publicly released. To my knowledge, it's still fake news. We shall see!
Let's not forget about our FOP President, he openly bragged about his fraudulent PPP loan.

Just heard about it actually, best part ---- should be allowed to retire and it goes away! IF that were you or me, they'd take our pension and throw us in jail. Heard it has some BS to do with ABLE. GTFO, if that's true, can I sue reverse discrimination? I hate what this agency has become ...
Just heard ABLE related and a TON of people in hot water (many command), no idea if true, ISP sweeping it under the rug in fear of lawsuits....... if this is true, holy moly, don't respect the ISP anymore, no reason. Whomever shared it, thank you.
For the CPD/COOK folk, I hope the same to you guys and if you have anyone that tried to scam. If you did it, you need to pay the piper. My bet is NOTHING will happen. We need a news story and FOIAs on this asap.
There are more indictments and investigations to come. Several CPD Bosses and Patrolman are being looked into for taking a substantial amount of money from PPP loans for there legitimate and illlegitimate security companies. The money recieved from the PPP loans was designed to help their employees not for the owners of the companies to buy new homes, vehicles and office space to look like they are legit. you can find all the information online, and see how much money these companies made. You can also play connect the dots and see how many of the companies owners retired shortly after 2020. It is crazy, that's why Dave Savini has a story coming out on this.
