I hear allison johnson screwed da pooch in her testalying at arbitration. about suspending pos from working special emp, sounds like the k9 dude got all their lies by FOAI records and the fop lawyer ripped her azz to peace’s with it. whoever got suspended from working it need to call fop and drop paper cuz it sounds like he sank there battleships, lololol. good job k9 dog dude!!
We had posted months ago about this grievance going forward and certain Officers handing out arbitrary discipline and Special Employment suspensions based on pretty much nothing factual.
Sounds like a whole bunch of cops are about to get paid for this incompetency.
Is there a Rule 14 finding about to be charged in the end?

I wouldn't trust anything coming from someone who writes like that. I think his keyboard should be taken away, and maybe his fingers.
I talked to GP over the weekend and from what I understand the FOP mouthpiece handed Allison Johnson her ass with exhibit after exhibit proving completely arbitrary treatment that rarely adhered to their very own discipline guidelines. GP got all of their suspension records for 2023 via FOIA and I guess it was quite damning. Which now it all makes sense.… SDI cancelled, there’s been AMC messages up the Wazoo the last few weeks regarding Special Employment, guidelines and rules, etc. etc. He also mentioned some thing about some crippling emails, but he did not elaborate as the arbitration has been continued, and he didn’t wanna jeopardize the process. Sounds like the department once again fucked up and GP (and the lawyers) have them painted in a corner, just like the Covid religious exception scandal. I love how stupid this place is… like a dumb criminal leaving evidence everywhere. GP should be made merit detective for all the sleuthing he’s done lololol.
First… the person who sent you this info needs remedial English, grammar and writing classes. That said, anyone with an ounce of brain cells knew what they were doing at Spec Emp. Taking care of their people….. phone calls for girlfriends, boyfriends, fuck buddies, neighbors, old partners, bosses kids, NOBLE associates etc etc. All while the nobodies got hammered for bullshit. I won’t say there aren’t people who deserved heavy suspensions, but it’s wrong to literally take thousands of dollars out of peoples pockets because they signed up for the wrong days. You have to be fair and consistent in how you apply the rules but they were anything but fair. How many hundreds of officers got it stuck in their ass and didn’t say boo? Shame on them for not speaking up, especially if they knew they were in the right. Hats off once again to Glen P (he saved my job with the covid/testing nonsense) for having the sack to not only put them on blast but for building what sounds like a slam dunk case to bury the assholes at Spec Events for playing fast and loose. Hopefully the FOP looks into coordinating a blanket grievance for everyone who got excessive punishment. Any FOP needs to make Glen a field rep for all he does for the members. But they won’t. Too worried about hiding things from us members.

It is all good just show us the money. On another note how many coppers are still living at home with mom and dad? Many coppers that I am around still cannot move out because they’re scared. That is the generation Z stay at home with mom and dad. What kind of police department is this?

GP did such a great job that none of you bothered to vote for him in the FOP election. If he recovers money for you now maybe you will……quit worrying about “the money” and see the big picture. Great job GP!!
Whoever this “K9 dude” is it sounds like he has a big old set of brass ones. Usually people in good spots don’t rock the boat. So he’s either heavy or don’t give an F. If the union refuses to do the right thing and try to get everyone who got screwed some kind of deal, officers need to throw some money in a pool and hire a labor law attorney. Sounds like all the evidence is there to make the city pay, what remains to be seen is if coppers who talk a big game actually follow through. All the heavy lifting was done for you by one guy and he needs to be acknowledged for it. Now the rest of you need to step up and send a clear message to the city.
Don’t you mean Jill Stevens? I was suspended from the program even though I was legitimately on the medical. Sent a To/ From and provided a doctors note to return to duty. Jill denied it and I was suspended from the program. Jill should be on the stand.
I think the alternative will end up being much worse.
