In my opinion, Biden will remain the nominee for two selfish reasons. He does not give a damn about the country or the damage he is causing.
1.) Biden knows if he loses and Trump appoints an aggressive AG such as Ted Cruz, the unraveling of Joey's dirty money deals over the years will begin. At 82 years old, he can't afford to lose his wealth on legal fees. Time is not on his side. I don't think the Dems are going to throw their money away defending him when he is not president. What I am still unsure of the motive, is why Kevin Morris lent Hunter $5 million to date to pay his expenses. He may be a passthrough for Hollywood money. Hunter is a deadbeat. He has no ability to repay this unless it will be through takeovers of unfinished deals or offshore accounts.
2.) Biden can't stomach having Hunter serving a Federal Prison sentence on a gun charge. Biden can pardon him, but not before the election. If there is a glitch and Hunter's trial is still ongoing by the time Trump takes office, Biden will have not have a Dem president to commute his sentence or pardon him.

I'm not "believing the media BS." I fucking lived it and saw it with my own eyes. 1996 was a time when the police were still allowed to be the police, and people overall respected them, and criminals feared them. There were no organized "protests" to the extent where cities burned while the police could do nothing to stop it. There were no mass looting events across the entire country. There was no social media to organize the criminal chaos. The media still kinda reported what was actually occurring. Things have changed drastically since then. Ignoring it and pretending it's all blown out of proportion by the media, who actually suppress the full extent of what's happening, won't stop it from happening. If you're so convinced that everything will be fine, head downtown during the DNC or on any summer weekend once the wildings kick off. You'll be fine.
The 1990's established the depths of griftings possible after the Reagan years, brought to us by the grifters of Arkansas, the conniving clintons.
This was followed by the bush resumptions of snob republicans' griftings, with the turbo charging of expanding jihadists' atrocities, and the approaching obamanation utilizations of both the exponential increases in communication technologies' world wide availabilities and their exploitative possibilities upon the new century's gullibilty prone youngsters.
